First, I had to make an appointment with them. Availability wasn't great, but they were almost fully-booked up. They are basically a middle-man and will look for any reason possible (or invent one) to charge you for repairs - even if the device is brand new out of the box and you have apple care, all the available warranties. Where do I start. First off, both self copy machines were down and not working. I had to wait for…read morethe lady in the copy section to assist me. She made my copies, stacked them all together to eliminate the separation, handed my flash drive and demanded that I go and pay at the other counter: before doing so, she made sure to insult the customer that had called and had a question via the phone stating "having another store call me will not change the answer to your stupid question." I went to get some note pads before taking my copies to the counter. The young lady was leaning over the counter scrolling on her phone as I approached. She asked if I had a phone number which I said no, but have an old account number that usually gives me discounts. She said don't worry about it and tried to charge me for the note pads only. I asked that she combine them she said no. I asked why to which she replied "why do yall always do this!" I was confused and said I only ask because I get a discount with my business account. She yelled at me as we went back and forth a bit before throwing my copies to another register and called the assistant manager to ring me up refusing to ring up my order which is her job! The manager did nothing to diffuse the situation and simply rang me up. While doing so, the cashier was as still yelling insults my way saying "black fatigue is a real thing!" The entire situation was ridiculous and unnecessary. I will NEVER go to this location again. I own a local business and spend $1000s a year! I will take my business elsewhere. I would suggest you everyone does the same!

It is no surprise that stores like Office Depot/Max are struggling to survive. I first attempted to…read moreplace an order online and when that was unsuccessful because its system could not match my credit card with its correct address, I called its 800 number. The representative said that she could take my credit card by phone unsecured and I declined that not wanting to compromise my credit card. She then stated that I could waste my valuable time going into the store and placing the order although this was not an option I wanted, but while out I stopped by the store and placed the order 10 days ago with the delivery date for three days later, last Wednesday. I received a confirmation email that my order shipped with an estimated date of May 22, 2024.. Last Wednesday the order was never delivered, and I never received the courtesy of a call or an email or any communication from this company with a delivery update. Today I called the local store and spoke with its local manager, who proceeded to tell me that for some reason my order had been cancelled by phone, a request I never made. Then he told me I could call the help desk number of which he was very happy to give me. I declined and asked him if he would handle it and he said no. What is the point of a Manager who is unwilling to help customers? I used to care about companies failing esp storefront businesses, but I no longer care about this company failing. I will do business elsewhere since Office Depot/Max does terrible business and clearly does not care about its customers! PS Don't offer better deals online that you have no intention to honor. Nothing like a bait and switch! I am also a rewards customer who has done business with them for over 15 years but that means nothing.

Amazon) but they had to buy, ship and warehouse this stuff long before sale. Here's my favorite thing. Very often I will receive a last second notice to ship something somewhere and I don't travel with a printer 24/7. OfficeMax to the rescue! Armed with a USB drive and a scant 11 cents a page. . .print whatever you need at a self serve document center all day long! Always a good selection of deep discount clearance items and a helpful staff. (The only thing I am not certain of it their computer service center reputation). Approved!
