Staff was great! I took my daughter here for her 12th birthday and she said the lady that did her pedicure was super sweet and made her feel very comfortable. I got my real nails gel painted and my 6 year got regular polish on her fingers, both look great! They have a lot of chairs and are fully equipped for busy days. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. It is possibly the dirtiest salon I have ever been too. I'm from out of town and I needed to fix a chipped nail. They do NOT know how to properly do dip nails. They apply the dip like acrylic. That is NOT how you do it. My nails were in so much pain for two days after getting them done here. They weren't even the shape of my real nails and they were disgustingly thick. I would never ever come here again. And no one else should either. read more

I am giving one star because they got me in and out quickly. My person was also not very nice. Seemed annoyed when I asked for a different color. I asked for a floral design that I had on my phone He didn't use the correct colors as in the photos I noticed today that my nails have orang/rust streaks through them. Came here because my normal salon was backed up and needed my nails done asap. Never. Again. Waited 50 minutes, which at that point I should've just stayed at the other salon, while they started people who came in after us. Our appointment was at 12 and we weren't seated and started until between 12:50 and 1. When I finally got seated for my fill she completely changed my nail shape (I always get coffin and she did square) and didn't ask me if I liked the shape until she was about to start painting them, which at that point I had been there for almost 2 hours and had to be somewhere at 4 so I told her they were fine just to finish. During this process she cut me not once, not twice, but three times which caused my fingers to bleed and her to just put nail glue over the cuts so they stopped. I did not see her dispose of the files she cut me with and she did not change gloves. My friend got a full set with a design which she was charged $53 for and I got a fill which I was charged $58 for. Seems incorrect to me especially when I was told $38 on the phone for a fill and $48 for a full set. I understand the $53 for the full set with design but more expensive for a fill? Extremely disappointed and I definitely will not return. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I live out of town but needed my three week old dip nails redone while I was visiting my parents. The three week grown out nails looked better than what they did to my hands. The edges were jaggedly filed (if you can call it filed), there were lumps and bumps in the top of the nail, and the gel on top was peeling off as I walked into the parking lot. When I turned around and asked for a refund-- since I will have to pay someone else to redo these-- they told me they couldn't do that. I asked the lady who seemed to be in charge if she thought they looked good and she said "they look okay..." She did not seem to understand why "okay" nails were not acceptable when you're running a business. The guy who did my nails hid in the back and would not come out to own the job that he did. This place is amazing. Best nail salon I've ever been to. They have many other services too. Eyebrow waxing and lash enhancements. Largest assortment of nails and designs I've seen in a long time. The people there are super friendly and we literally walked in the door and were seated and walked out about an hour later with amazing looking nails. The owner gets on a mic every so often and wishes all customers a happy day. I had to wait a bit for my daughter to be done and he came over and guided me to one of the pedicure massage chairs and turned it on and handed me a cold water while I waited. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. So cheap inside, flashing neon signs everywhere and very dirty. I wish I were kidding, but one of the last times I was there a fist fight broke out in front of the pedicure chairs between two of the male technicians, regarding who was going to get the money for a customer they had both helped. No apology was given to the customers who had to witness this. Poor service and quality. read more

I used to go here regularly until one day Tim who was my usual tech was doing a pedicure and nail fill for me and all he did was talk in Vietnamese to one of his coworkers the entire time he was supposed to be providing good customer service, not ignoring the customer to talk to a co-worker. Not only that but two women came in to get their eyebrows waxed and he left me sitting there with my nails half done while spending 20 minutes waxing them. He came back and said "sorry" but then his co-worker came and sat by him again and again they talked Vietnamese. I had it. I told him how rudely he had treated me and said that the biggest complaint about nail salons is when you speak to each other in Vietnamese and not English. Some people think you are talking about them. He said that the other employee doesn't speak English. How is she to take care of her customers? I told him then she shouldn't be working there. I always gave Tim very good tips but will not go back where even regular customers are not valued. In fact, I've witnessed Tim treating walk in customers poorly and telling them to come back in a couple of days and then making smart comments after they leave. He had me fooled for a long time. read more

Very displeased with this place. It was my first time going here and it was very dirty inside, the technicians were not kind. I went with my sister in law so she could get her nails done and ended up getting eyelash extensions which came out horribly. The technician did not explain eyelash care or want to answer any of my questions, he did not use the correct procedure and put on the lashes free hand resulting in lashes out of place they just look god awful. I went there yesterday with my sister in law for her birthday we had made appointments at 5:30. we sat there till almost 6:30 and they finally started to do my sisters nails. My sister was finished getting her nails done and they didn't have anyone available for me yet. There were about 7 people who arrived after my sister and I were there and were already being waited on before I had even started! Short staffed or not they should have waited on those who made the appointments first and those who just walked in waited! I was not happy about this considering I drove all the way up from Pittsburgh to get my nails done and I couldn't even get them done! I would never recommend them to anyone! read more
