I was disappointed with my acrylic nail set. I asked Rose if she could get the underneath of my nails because there was left over acrylic gel under them. She used her own finger nail to try and get it off. It did not work. My nail polish (which is gel) is clumpy and see through. She did get the underneath of my nails at all after I had asked her too. received a manicure, the women kept pressuring me to get pedicure. i went back a couple weeks later to get pedicure and she tried pressuring to get manicure. my manicure lasted maybe a week and my pedicure maybe 2 weeks. Not very busy but you must name an appointment; seems like they don't like walk-ins. Not sure how they stay in business. read more

We decided to try this nail salon after seeing it had 4.8 stars on Google. Rose did my full set of acrylic nails with gel polish, and her husband did the same for my daughter. They are both soft-spoken, and kind. Their Vietnamese accents not too difficult to understand. We're very happy and will return. Full set was $25, very reasonable. The place is clean. read more

My mother bought me a gift certificate for my birthday in October 22 and we finally got together to go to the salon. I don't live in the area so we set a time when we could get together. Unbeknownst to me there was an expiration date 6 months from issuance. So after pedicure went to pay and the owner REFUSED to take the gift certificate. I've researched gift cards/ certificate laws and this is in violation of PA laws on gift cards. I showed her and she refused to read the info I was showing her. She said she's been doing this for 18 years. I asked did she has legal guidance on her practices and she said she just Googled it. I'm not sure where she got her info. She said she couldn't honor the gift certificate and I replied since she is the owner she could. Keep in mind my mother is a customer of hers and is the one who bought the GC. She still refused. She was very rude and wouldn't even read the info pertaining to PA laws. So she lost my mom and the rest of the local family members. This was an example of poor customer service. Also the massage chairs didn't work and she had no business when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon. That should have been a clue. It's very surprising someone runs a business like this. I'm considering going to the BBB to report as well. read more

I've been going to Rose's for 6 years now. Great pedicures. Clean chairs and tools. Polish lasts for weeks! It's still in great shape when I have my pedi re-done because my nails grew out! Excellent price for the area. Cash only, with ATM in the store. read more

I've gotten a manicure here once and it wasn't bad. I had a gift certificate so I decided to try them again for a full set. Today I was a walk in when they had just opened. The staff were friendly but they did a very bad job! My acrylics are uneven and they didn't even paint them well. I had to go home and file them down myself. I could have done a better job. On top of that they charged me $25 and my sister in law $35 for the same exact thing. They aren't horrible for a manicure, but I would definitely go elsewhere for acrylics. read more

Pretty good mani/pedi here. They use the scrub gel during both, which is nice, minimal massage, nice job with filing/cuticles/polish, not a great finish to clean up polish around the edges. The couple running it was really nice! read more

I Am very upset about the service here. I went to get my nails done and the man said do you want them shortened? I said yes just a little. Well he cut them so short and my finger nails look like nubs. $50 is way too much for their crappy skills.
