My gel polish came off the same day on two different occasions. I pay on average $85 for pedi and nails each visit and tip $10. The manager, Tracey has a very nonchalant attitude and it comes off as unprofessional when it comes to correcting their error. She fails to realize the inconvenience of having to sit for hours again to have it corrected. Never apologetic; just gives excuses like: 1. Maybe your hands are in water 2. When you get a pedicure..the oil makes polish come off What????? Lady, please w your nonsense!!! Never going back!! Advise others not to as well.​ read more

I have gone to Tracy for years and still love her work. The rest of the services have taken a big hit. The pedis are really suffering. No one seems to care anymore. They rush, half do your feet and act like they can't be bothered. They have a person who has a problem with her hip. She does a very poor job and you have to wait for someone else to polish your nail. She is sweet but just can't do the job. Last time she did mine she took the skin off the side of my toe which has taken 3 weeks to heal. I do not want her to do my feet again but hate to say anything to the owner. I am thinking about going somewhere else due to this. Prices are sky high. The wait is long due to not having enough workers and they will stop doing you to go and do something for someone else. This does not make me happy. read more

Although the new building & surroundings are beautiful, there needs to be a system to know who is next for service. After waiting for about an hour for a pedIcure, also 3 others waiting, the next person the lady goes to had gotten there after me. The new staff does seems slow, which they are probably new. 10/10 wouldn't recommend! I showed the owner(Tracey) a simple style & she could not fulfill my request. When I NICELY complained she cut the nails off of my fingers and told me I 'could go home'. I asked her to take the acrylic off & she ignored me. Never again... worst experience ever. read more

Terrible service and rush job went in to get a pedicure and technician was horrible first and last time there. I had to correct the tech several times and aske her to get dead skin and cuticles she didn't even get the cuticle remover until I mentioned it was just about to start painting then she worked on every other toe I stopped the service's immediately paid money for horrible service and had to go to my regular salon to get done correctly. also Service to get services was slow and rude bad customer service. NEVER will I give my money or time to this establishment again. read more

This is by far one of the worst nail salons in Rome. Their customer service is terrible, I took my little girl here for a mani/pedicure and I was suppose to be getting a pedicure. Let's just say I was there an hour in a half and never got my pedicure but was told to keep waiting bc someone was on the way. Not to add 5 other women came in after me of a different race and were already being service. I've been here 4 times and always spend over $100 plus $10 in tips but this was the last time. We got our nails done a basic mani pani with gel nails bad colors and eyebrows they charged us 80 dollars for a rushed horrible job we looked at the packages for our pedicures which said 35 dollars then they apparently charge another 15 dollars for gel polish wow I'm infuriated! read more

I walked into the salon at around 2:30pm and was told to wait which I did not mind, but I waited until about 3 until I got seated where I waited for another 10 minutes and they had me move seats multiple times on top of other people's belongings who were already sitting there. The guy who did my nails did really good but did not look like he knew what he was doing when removing my gel nail polish that was already on my nails. I was done at about 4:30, but one of my friends that came in to get a manicure and pedicure got seated before me but did not start getting worked with until 3:30 and did not get done until 6pm. I got the gel nail and my eyebrows done by Mr. T and other people. They are very nice and very dedicated! His perfectionism makes my mail look flawless and it lasts for, like, WEEKS. Whenever I return to Rome from Atlanta, I come here almost regularly. They are amazing! read more

I have been using US Nails for several years. I don't have professional pedicures very often, but maintain my feet and have no issues, ie calluses etc. I went in on Friday around 11:20am for a basic pedicure. I was seated in a chair but it was 45 minutes before the Technician began to give me the pedicure. At this point she ran the water in the foot tub but motioned she would be back. She went to paint another customer's toe nails, which was another 10 minutes or so. When she came back to me, she did a good job, but was rushing, which was fine since I had not planned for an hour + wait to have a pedicure. It was a basic pedicure that I had asked for. She has done my pedicures many times over the years and it was the same as it always has been. However, when I went to pay, over an hour after I arrived, I was told it would be $40.00. I was shocked, since I had seen the price list, and a basic pedicure is $25.00. I didn't feel right not adding a tip and I didn't want the embarrassment of questioning the price, so I paid and chalked it up to experience...one that I will not repeat! I will find another salon after all these years and will not be back to US Nails. read more

Place was understaffed and incredibly slow. We waited for 30 minutes before walking out and in that time they completed 1 customer. Plus the prices are quite cheap and this attracts a very low class clientele - who knew? Enough women with platinum hair that I was expecting them to tell me there was a two drink minimum and to be sure and tip the dancers! Yikes! read more

I will never go there again. The salon is fairly new and the interior was really clean. However, as soon as I sat down I regretted it. The ladies around me were all talking so loudly on their cell phones I couldn't hear myself think. Then, they would shout across the store to each other. Their conversations made me uncomfortable and I would have been so embarrassed if my kids were there. They were talking about stripping and dancing on the pole! I would have left but I was half way into the worst pedicure I have probably ever had. I realize the business can't control what others were discussing but they could have ask them to quiet down. As far as the pedicure, I will have to go somewhere else and have my toes repainted. FYI- the basic pedicure lasted about 20 mins. My receipt also stated I was there at 6PM. It was actually 12:30pm. I have a name on my receipt of the nail tech but I have no idea if it was actually her or not. Don't waste your time. read more

Initially I was impressed that I was able to walk in and get right in the chair. Th nail tech removed gel polish from my nails to prep them for a fill in and then moved me to begin my pedi first. This is when everything went down hill. She walked around for 5 minutes gathering everything she needed to do my nails. Then it took her nearly 49 minutes to complete my pedicure. Afterwards she tells me that she was going to let my paint dry a bit before adding my top coat. At that time she began doin someone else's feet and did not even go back to complete my nails.
