I Don't know why I went back! Probably out of desperation on a Sunday when my normal go-to is closed. They not only charge an arm and a leg, they never get the thickness right. The product cracks and chips, and they rush you. I went years ago and said I'd never go back but recently needed a quick fix to remove my DIY job. This time, I left with dents and grooves and divers at the ends of my nails like I asked for waves or something. And NO, my nails aren't natItaly shaped that way. They don't "go like that". When I went to pay, I was charged double what I usually pay at my normal location. $70!!! For gel builder with nooks and crannies! One of the waves ends was so thin and weak in the crevice that it broke my nail off. I think they owe me my money back. No more Signature Salon signed on my nails! read more

A full gel set with Eva. It was my first time here and I really wanted to like this place. There wasn't a long wait. But by the end I had to be candid with her: my nails look ok, but she was very unkind to me. I took her aside and whispered it, because I didn't want to get her in trouble, I just felt obligated to say something. I have never felt so uncomfortable during a manicure. She barely spoke to me. When she did, she just kept grabbing my hands and twisting them into uncomfortable positions, while lecturing me that I wasn't doing it right. I almost wanted to cry! Then I go up to Pay and it was $75, for gel set. So because of the exorbitant price and the horrible experience, combined, I'm going to have to give signature Salon my lowest rating yet: 1 star. Nails are OK at best, we did not feel welcomed at all, no one even asked names, how's the weather... nothing. I made eye contact with a lot of the techs, including Anna the owner, and I got the same response from all of them; snarls. Not one smile. Maybe the rain made everybody crabby, But the catalyst was Eva and her terrible attitude coupled with her aggressive treatment of me, my hands and nails. I sat there for an hour and a half while she pushed, pulled, contorted and chastised me about how my fingers should be and how my wrist should move. My back is so sore because she kept pulling me forward so I was the one doing all the moving she could sit back while I was being pulled forward constantly. Eva needs to take some lessons in patience and kindness. Maybe she needs a little more Jesus. I really hate to leave a bad review, but I gotta be honest. read more

My husband took our daughter to Signature Nails today. The technician who did her nails hurt her filing the sides of the nails. She told me she even had to move her hand away from him when he hurt her. She told him to keep the length and he filed them anyways. One of her nails was sideways and she asked him repeatedly to fix it but he ignored her. You can see it in the picture. When she arrived home and she told me how he treated her, I should have gotten in the car and asked for my money back. The nails are really thin and horrible. They also took forever to do them because even if you make an appointment, they take anyone who comes in the door and leave you waiting. I will never go back again. This was my first time coming here. I was hesitant at first because of all the past reviews. I have been looking for a new nail salon since moving to the Dallas area in the last year. I called ahead and they said they could take me right away when I arrived. Tony greeted me and was very nice and welcoming. I immediately was sat down and they started my pedicure and SNS. Tyler did my pedicure and did an amazing job! Might have to come just for the massage alone. Tina did my SNS and let me just tell you... this woman did a phenomenal job! I showed her a picture of some spring nails that they posted on their Facebook a few weeks prior. She was able to replicate it on mine perfectly! I love this place! Super clean, close to home, and I love all the natural light. I've been 2 or 3 times now and they have not disappointed. Owner or manager woman is always on it, offering water and snacks for her customers. The music is relaxing too; and is not too loud either. I still do not understand why it took 2 hours from start to finish for a French SNS application. My nails look awful and one chipped after just a few days. I used to come here because I worked up the street from the salon. The last two months or so I got a manicure and SNS done and two nails cracked or broke within two days of me getting them done. The first time it happened the manager kept asking me who did it and I couldn't remember so she ended up doing them herself. Although she redid them, She was rude. The second time I came was last Friday. My nails broke again within two days. I don't live in the area and now I come on my off days to get service. I couldn't make it on my first off day and so I came on Sunday and decided to just get them taken off and redone. I signed in and requested to the receptionist to not get the same guy. She seated me and my husband and then the manager comes up and says that I was not "allowed" to get SNS because I keep coming for a credit and they didn't have time to keep fixing their mistakes when the nail breaks. She basically treated me like I was trying to get freebies even though I was just going to get them taken off and redone by someone other than that guy. She was rude in front of her other customers and staff and even some of them were shaking their heads in disbelief at her behavior when she made that statement and told me that I should go somewhere else. I will never come here again and plan to warn everybody. She is horrible and her customer service is deplorable! read more

I tried so hard to like this place. I gave them several chances. Bullet points: On all 4 occasions, appts were made. On all 4, the techs were either 1-2 hours behind, I was told Kevin gives clients his cell, he makes his own appts & doesn't tell salon, so his is always messed up. On this last occasion, again, appt. made, she just left earlier in the day @1pm & no one called to tell me. I showed up for my 5 pm appt & they didn't know why she left & didn't know she even had an appt. Makes no sense because I had received 3 text messages reminding me of my appt ‍. I gave 2 stars because the techs I've had are kind & it's not their fault. It's just poorly run & if you continue coming here, I'd suggest you never make an appt., just show up and be prepared to wait. ‍ read more

I will NEVER return back to this place! I have been going here faithfully for about 1 year because it's close to home and I tip my technicians well. The last several times I have made appointments for my nails and pedicure to be done at the same time because I had times I was there almost 4 hours when done separately. Well it does no good to set up an appointment because they always say when I got there that they are too busy, still, I went. Well I went most recently for my appointment and checked in about 10 minutes early. 2 women got there AFTER Me for appointments at the same time as me and we're seated promptly. So I asked the owner, why my appointment was not being honored. She proceeds that tell me "Everyone is very nervous to do your nails because you are picky with your colors". I couldn't believe what I was hearing so asked her to please repeat what she said..... She repeated it and made a reference to when I brought my mother one time and she didn't like the color so she PAID FOR THEM TO CHANGE IT. She didn't cause a fuss, she simply did NOT like the color and was happy to pay to change the color. I am a very reasonable person but this upset me so much because as a PAYING CUSTOMER, if I want something corrected or a nail shaped even, etc, why was I treated like this? It makes me so upset the there are businesses that pick and choose who they are nice to and if you happen to be a customer that knows what you want, that makes you difficult. I vow to NEVER give them another dime of my hard earned money to such RUDE OWNERS. I am literally sick to my stomach at such treatment. read more

Went in with my 82 year old mother to get a pedicure and manicure. She was depressed that day because she had a stroke months back that has been a difficult transition and she would have also been celebrating her wedding anniversary with my late father. I thought a mani pedi would surely help improve her mood.... Right ?... wrong The lady doing her pedicure was unfriendly and seemed put off by having to do her job. No massage of her legs etc just scraping of her heals and trimming of her nails?? She asked my mom if she could move to a chair across the room to let her toes dry that hadn't even been painted yet. My mother explained to her she was unsteady on her feet and was worried she may fall. The girl pressed the issue until I questioned if she could just stay there so she didn't take a chance and possibly fall. I asked if the lady checking people in if she was the owner she confirmed she was and I explained the situation she said she needed the chair because it was busy and she had a business to run which I totally get but which would you rather a possible injury which would cost way more in the long run or moving on to the next $30 pedicure. My mom did stay in the chair but the lady doing the pedicure painted her nails and disappeared and never returned to even take the tissue out from between moms toes or see if her toes were dry. Needless to say she didn't end up getting a manicure because of all that had gone on. So in the end you would have had had 2 treatments instead of one =more $ and you would have a returning customer because her prior visits she enjoyed. Sadly we will not be back. read more

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened and unfortunately I can no longer give them my business. Last Sunday I paid $100 for my nails and 1 nail broke 2 hours later when I was simply buttoning up my pants and the other 2 nails broke 3 days later...this is unacceptable. I wish I could say I was doing a lot but when I eat out daily and don't don't do manual work, this should not happen. Because I am very busy, I had to wait to get them fixed today. Because I was out of the area this weekend, I called the salon at around 12-12:30 to make an appt to get these nails fixed. I was told that I Didn't have to make an appointment because they were just fixing my nails so I could just walk in at any time. I asked if they were sure, they said yes. I arrived around 330 to be met by Ann the owner who immediately told me they were going to take care of it and that I didn't need to worry. I told her that I had called earlier to make an appointment but I was told I didn't need one she told me they were busy with appointments and that I could come back another day maybe Monday or Tuesday because they were busy. I asked her why I was not told this when I called to make an appointment because I also I'm busy. She told me she doesn't know she didn't answer the phone it must've been her daughter. Terrible and unprofessional people. I went yesterday and asked for pedicure and manicure with gel polish. I noticed the guy doing my toes put too much nail polish in one of my nails and after putting under the light I had a big ball of nail polish in one side of my nail. Also the other nail polish from same foot were irregular. Asked the guy politely to please if he can fix that. He stated that it was my nail the one is disforme!!... he fixed in a bad mood started talking in their language with his coworkers and told me," I'm not going to do your nails" my manicure, and also said " the others are also busy"... he thought that I will complaint or do a tantrum like if they were the only one place in the world. I said it's ok. Then while finishing he said the same thing 3 more times. And I answered, "it's ok, you already said it". I paid and tip the guy. Did not get my manicure there and went o another place with professional people. Of course I will not trust this place anymore since also the manager from the place told something to the rest in their language. Terrible Unprofessional place starting with the manager! I went to this nail salon the other day. The place is really nice but the service I got was okay. When I finally got seated in a chair to get my nails done someone didn't come to start my nails for 30 minutes but started on someone who came after me. Then when the lady finally came to do my nails she didn't even say hello or ask how I am doing. I didn't get offered any water or anything to drink. Usually when I go to other nail spas they ask me if I'd like something to drink. Now on to my nails, the lady seemed like she was rushing on my nails and didn't take her time. I asked her to redo my left hand Bc the tips were way too thick and when he did it I guess she got mad and was filing my ring finger super hard and cut it open. And then she kept getting stuff on it and it was stinging and burning the whole time and she didn't even say sorry. I'm not too sure if I would go back to them or not. read more
