I was recently looking for some shrink wrap to protect some old books that I ordered off of Ebay. I had several books that I wanted to shrink wrap and they were variou sizes. I checked Wal-Mart and a couple of craft stores, but did not find anything that was affordable for the amount of shrink wrap I was going to need. I recently ordered some shrink wrap from U.S. Packaging and accidentally ordered the wrong size. After calling customer service they told me if I paid shipping back they would replace the product with the proper size, no questions asked.
