On the Monday following the no-show, I got a call from the owner with an apology and an assurance that he would talk to his crew about better communication with clients. I found a few really amazing items, and I'm thrilled with my purchases. My only critique is that I wish they would put the prices on the underside of items for HomeGoods. I do have one item where after taking the sticker price off at home, and even getting the gooey part off it's still left some discoloration. Since I'm using the item for photography I'll either have to cover it up or keep working to figure out how to get the square off. But, I mentioned this on Instagram asking if they had advice, and they actually said they would let the merchandiser person know, and that possibly in the future they could consider doing it differently. I was going to my storage and realized my key wasn't working on my lock. Without being contacted…read morethey cut my lock off and replaced it. I was getting contacted when a payment was due but not to get notified that my initial lock was "on incorrectly" so they had to cut it off and replace it. I was locked out of my storage for almost 2 weeks because my work hours went longer than their office hours. When asked why I wasn't contacted they said they didn't have the correct number for me. But still I was contacted with no problem when the bill was due.

Phillip looked in every corner, nook, and cranny to determine how much work, time, and number of crew members. When they arrived, Phillip had a plan in place and a goal for completion. He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out.
