The people who work the office are extremely nice, personable, and helpful. The units are clean, solid, well-maintained, climate-controlled, and safe. The only reason I didn't give that fifth star is that I would like the option to pay my bill on the web, and the position of the entry/exit keypads make them difficult to reach with your seat belt on. Other than those two things, no complaints. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Although I had informed her I would be out the 24th at the latest I was early. Iswept the space and even made an extra trip home to get the other key (25 miles or so) for her convenience of check out...she said. My refund check was for $72 (rent was $100). 2 days out of the month for $28 dollars? Even if she used the 24th it would have been 6 days or 1/5 of the month...$20? Beware of Lincoln Storage. p.s. she conveniently wasn't even there when I returned for my check. She left it and the other person claimed ignorance. Great service and appreciation, huh!!!
