So while hubby and neighbor waited for them, they were able to stage A LOT! They worked so hard because we have a few very difficult items to move upstairs. They never got frustrated, and the only curse words spoken were from me! I hired an extra mover and I'm so glad I did. A truly fabulous crew. I highly recommend Bekins for your next move. I said its a small job maybe twenty minutes and of course I would pay the minimum. The only company that would help was Cross Town Movers who said its a small job and they would do it on their way to another job first thing in the morning in a couple of days. Wow customer service is not dead. Matt W and Josh F showed up right on time and were very friendly and got right to work getting the fountain pieces out of my wife's van and to our patio. They were very careful with the pieces and were done in less than twenty minutes. A five star performance. Great emploees.

So, probably going to just through everything in the garbage and not recycle! I hate that! Very disappointed! Hate to use a modern day term, "it makes me feel" like I'm doing something very wrong! Some people are nice, some people are not so nice but these guys are the best of Lincoln city for sure! I enjoyed coming here so much that I actually miss it once we got recycling back at the place where I live. They took recycling away for a while because people were not doing it correctly but I investigated some and spoke with this sanitation place and luckily the board where I live worked on getting our recycling back along with our trash removal. This facility is very helpful and people should know that. They recycle batteries and old electronics including things like old heaters and old computers. But imagine being able to go there and recycle your old batteries, phone chargers and all kinds of phone and electronic items. This is very helpful especially in a small town where there is very little access to anything. I am very grateful that this business is here and would highly recommend it to everyone. Everyone should be recycling anyway there's no excuse being lazy and not recycling is criminal these days we must be recycling and protecting the future for children

MapQuest hasn't removed the closed one so, sadly, it reflects poorly on 101 Laundry. MapQuest also doesn't identify this laundry. When we were there we noticed new, clean machines and surfaces, reading material, and believe it or not, a handicapped accessible patio with nice out of door furniture. I knew that she was very expensive in the past and I went here only because my normal place in Salem was too far. I could not go there for just a couple quick thin sweaters. I normally make one trip there in the summer for everything. When I went in there two weeks ago, she told me that my very thin sweaters not thick sweaters would be around $8.35 a piece. I wrote that down on my receipt when I left so that I knew. I knew she was still expensive for these thin sweaters, but I was willing to pay at this one time. Unfortunately, when there's only one dry cleaners in the area they can do whatever they want. When I went back there this Wednesday, she tried to tell me that my price was $35.85. I was shocked!! I couldn't even believe that that's what I heard and I told her no that's not what you told me and I said look at my receipt. This is what you told me and I looked her in the eye. She continued to argue. She did not want to refund me. She kept arguing with me and then eventually said well I'll give you a $10 credit. How about that? And I said no I don't ever want to come back here again. After I told her I would report this to Visa and that I would dispute it because I knew this was wrong . She then refunded me and voided the sale and charged me the normal price. I have never had anyone try to do this. It is a smooth, gypsy move that I have never experienced. Telling someone, one price then doing a full switch and bait!! I'm imagining she does this to people all the time and catches them off guard. Most people are embarrassed and don't want to say anything. On top of this imagine paying almost $12 for a thin ladies sweater. I have all types of sweaters I have thin, medium and thick. This is about $7.50 in Salem, maybe closer to $8.00 in McMinville. Please do not go here find somewhere else there are other dry cleaners in McMinville and in Salem I drive in order not to be completely ripped off. I can still save money even with the gas. No wonder people can't pay rent, buy food or gas because the people like this.
