Uber had charged me for a few cancellations as for one of 24.96 along with others, çwhich was never refunded back to my bank account. Customer service claimed I wasn't charged, only a fee which is understandable but... the ride charged refunded didn't go back to my account. That's not good business & Uber should be careful not to do this to other folks or else the company could really reach their own downfall. read more

Went to wrong spot for pickup In the apartment complex when I told in via msg he stated that my disabled brother who is getting soaked in the rain walk to where he is. I let Ola know my brother's walk was not well and he couldn't walk far because he's disabled and Ola did not care still made my brother walk through the rain to find him and where he was at and I got charged over $13 for a less than 8 minute ride and then there's no way for me to properly alert Uber to all this. read more

uber in Greensboro NC I just had the most traumatic experience. a lady drivibg into dead end road and going on and off the high way.. when asking if things were ok I got yelled at and cursed I was told id get put out so I immediately call the police. she would not pull over yet swerving then when finally pulled over she still continues disrespec. Also lies about what's been told. Uber has been giving me. hard time and I even recorded what has taken place. I'd like to take a further step in actions being taken place. Not making any income and physically ill, I have to use Uber to go to Dr's. Just going to relay review on todays trips to Dr and back. Why did it cost $20.97 before tip to take me to Dr when Uber to take me home fom Dr was $32.97 -both before tip? I asked this of the return driver and he pretended he did not speak English. He had his radio playing and the last song playing was sexual, kinky, I mean very sexual. I am glad my kids weren't with me. I would have made a scene. I didn't hoping the driver (who knew English) would discover on his own that the music was inappropriate for a woman passenger and male driver. I did not like it. Uber promotional problem or trick? I ordered a delivery Uber Eats due to a 50% reduced promotional offer. I tried repeatedly to enter the code and also went out and back in to get it to work. Not only did it say the offer was in there, but it also sent more 50 % offers. I ordered the meal and it charged me a price that was triple what I would have paid myself at this local restaurant. I agree completely with Bishop Larry S. that one of Uber's major flaws is that it's impossible to speak with a human. My experience with Uber in High Point, however, was even worse. Six hours after we completed our ride and paid the charges, we received an email from Uber stating that we were being charged an extra $20 "cleaning fee" for the mess we'd made in the driver's car. What?! My wife and I are middle-aged executives who took a short ride with a driver who seemed, at best, sleepily inattentive, and at worst, impaired. We were polite and, frankly, grateful to get out of the car at trip end. In no way did we dirty or damage the car interior. We were mystified why the driver would claim this--until we found put that Uber sides with the driver every time and that the "cleaning fee" is deposited directly into the driver's account. I guess being visitors from out of town that he knew were flying home that same day, the driver considered us easy marks for his "cleaning fee" scam. The scam is bad enough, but that Uber corporate refuses to listed to any input but the driver's is simply unacceptable. Unless you, too, want to be victimized by an after-the-fact fine for something you absolutely did not do, avoid Uber! read more

Really nice drivers clean cars but when it comes to punctuality if you say 1 o'clock pickup they pick you up 15 mins early even if you have to rush if you take one of these cars look at your ending total it has a sur charge for a toll when there are no tolls in north carolina read more

My biggest problem as a driver of Uber is there never a way to contact management when you have a major issue or a problem. Apps can not handle every problem. I hope the federal government steps in an orders Uber to make management put customer service phone lines for customers to call in, as well and make numbers available for drivers to call into the office. Every other major company in America has open phone lines for customers and employees or contractors to call in, and Uber must do the same. After numerous emails and phone calls to Uber customer support I still not got my $294.48. I just got screwed out of $294.48. If you sign up to drive you better do instant payout on your debit card if not you will get screwed out of money. Our plane got re-routed to Greensboro due to weather issues after being delayed several hours before take off. Our final destination was Raleigh/Durham and it was 11:00pm at night. As it was only an hour and the airline could not tell us when they would be able to re-fuel or take off, myself and a couple of other passengers decided to Uber a taxi and come to Raleigh/Durham airport. The driver we got Kelvin was very friendly, pleasant, and safe driver. As it was late and I was very tired, I accidentally left my purse (without the wallet but with other essentials) in his car. He called me the next morning to let me know of the purse that I left in his car. I requested him to mail it to me and text me to let me know how much it cost so I can return his money. He mailed my purse but informed me that it was a small gift from him and he did not want me to send any money to him. read more
