My company has ordered from them before So I thought of them for a single use that was needed. The speed of receiving order is good, but you sure better pay attention to their verbiage about their size chart. They will use it against you. They love the wordplay generous, but what they mean is way oversized and they will not offer refunds or discounts. The quality of the shirts may be OK if you're just putting them on a baseball team but they're definitely not suitable for daily use very stiff and itchy. read more

I tried to create a T-shirt with my artwork that sends a message for violence to stop in the Black community. They canceled my order and refunded my money without request, saying that it violated their policy, saying it can be offensive. In response, I requested that they refund the money for another order and promised not to do business with them. I believe any thing that supports Black issues are not welcome. read more

The website was easy to use, love the ability to customize the shirt to exactly what I wanted it to be. I got my hoodie 5 days after I ordered it. Product quality was great, just as described. The image quality was outstanding, clear and the colors were vibrant. My husband saw my hoodie and immediately went to the site and created/ordered a hoodie for himself. Can not recommend Uberprints enough. You do need to be careful that the images you upload meet the minimum pixel/DPI requirements (look at the FAQ or contact them if you are not sure) or you run the risk of the images not being clear. read more

I ordered custom T-shirts for my team on August 6 and still have not received my order.

I've been hesitant to write something about them but I want to prevent others from going through what I went through. Years ago, my dad passed away from pancreatic cancer. I used UberPrints to design a shirt to do a walk in his honor and to raise funds/awareness for this awful disease. My husband and I buy shirts for everyone who walks as a token of our appreciation. Every single shipment I've received has been damaged in some way and when I send pictures to the customer service, they say I made those stains myself or claim I need to wash the stains out. It is super unprofessional to give people washed shirts at a cancer walk because they look used! And these custom shirts are not cheap! I'm spending upwards of $800 for damaged shirts. It will be a pain to transfer my design to a different provider, but I just can't run the risk of continuing to get product that is damaged and wont be accepted by customer service. read more

The lettering came in crooked. And print looked extremely faded, not bright and bold like the pictures showed. Expertly disappointed!

My previous print shop discontinued their digital printing services. Because I had more than 10 colors in my logo, I had to locate a company that provides digital printing. I found Uber Prints on line and they were offering digital print services so I decided to give them a try. I received the T-Shirts today and I must say they did an extremely excellent Job. Not only did the printing came out perfect, the quality of the shirts where great and the order came quickly. Also, I had an issue with my art work and I had to call customer service. Not only were the customer service personnel polite and professional they catered to all my need. I felt conferrable with the order. Simply put, I will defiantly be reordering from these guys again. We printed a bunch of shirts for the family for soccer season, we go a little over the top. Lol They arrived so quickly! and the prices were good. Only problem was the lettering on the back printed too high. Customer service was on top of it!! They are reprinting them and sending free of charge. I ordered shirts with a certain color combo that came out bad. Was barely legible. I call them, they said send a Pic, I did, they immediately emailed me back with the offer of a solution or refund. I needed the shirts rather quickly and they were completely considerate about my concern. Their redesign suggestion sounded good so I went with the reprint. The design was actually much better than I expected, and they told me to keep or donate the first order of shirts and would send me the new ones free of charge. And I'm sure they'll arrive promptly because the first order wad processed in a day and arrived 3 days after I ordered them. An impressive company top to bottom, incredible customer service. I have noticed a deterioration of tee shirt material quality, compared to what was offered in the past. When i reorder an old design, and i want to choose the same brand and quality ---------it is not an option anymore. I eventually, choose something else that i think is similar ------and it's not. Basically, I like a soft, 50/50 blend or just light cotton, but what I wind up with is a shirt that's rough and stiff. read more
