Satisfactory Design and Printing wet above and beyond my expectations for the design of my t-shirts and customer service through the whole process. What started off as an Instagram encounter became an opportunity and gracious offer from Satisfactory to open an online pre-sale for my merch. As an up-and-coming performance artist trying to make a name for myself in Athens, I was so excited to have apparel with my likeness and motto on it. I wasn't totally sure about the design, and I am no wiz with graphic design myself, so I put my faith in the Satisfactory design team. When I was sent the design, I was absolutely blown away. They captured the vibe of my performance art perfectly. Jennifer, who I was communicating with for this entire process, was very responsive, informative, and encouraging. At one point, I was asking if we could have the online shop (that they made FOR me) done so that the merch would be ready by Christmas. It was definitely a high expectation that they rush on a Friday to do this for me, as the shirt had just been designed the day before. But low and behold, my online shop was finished that day! So I was able to have a good week and a half to have a pre-sale, and all the merch was done and available just before Christmas. I really cannot imagine working with a better company for this type of venture. What's best is that they still have my design on hand, as well as the online shop they designed for me, so if I ever desire to do another online pre-sale event, I can easily call them up and start it again. I am a merchandise salesman and coordinator for a record label in Nashville, TN. Just this past month, in the middle of a tour, we ran out of stock of one of our band's shirts, and we needed to resupply over the weekend, which is almost impossible. We were headed to Athens in the next few days, so I had the idea to get more stock printed at a shop there, because our t-shirt wholesaler was in the area and could get shirts to them the day of the show. I googled a few places but decided to email Satisfactory first, mainly because their website seemed well designed and straightforward and I liked their design aesthetic (read: cats). I emailed on a weekend, and got an immediate reply. They were happy to do a same-day turnaround, were super detail oriented and communicative, the price was totally reasonable, and the end product was exactly what we wanted. They even met us at the hotel as soon as we arrived in Athens to grab one of the tees so they could match it exactly, which they did. I also visited the shop myself to pick up the t-shirts and met most of the employees who were very kind and enthusiastic about our product. The shop was clean and seemed like an awesome place to work, full of creative energy. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Before I left, I got to pet the Satisfactory cat. I recently started a baton twirling group for children and needed some t-shirts. I have never ordered t-shirts before, nor designed any and was clueless. I had contacted several places in Athens, GA. As with most all of them, the order minimum was 24 each; however, customer service was not the same. There were some places that did not seem interested in working with me for "just 24 shirts", but not Satisfactory Printing. They were quick to respond to my message and made my small order seem large and important. Most of my correspondence was done through e-mail or by phone, and I was always answered within 24 hours if not within hours of my messaging them. Everyone I was in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. I keep making changes resulting in 3 proofs being sent but they were always patient and worked with me. When they were not able to get the color t-shirts I originally wanted they contacted me immediately with a suggestion for another color that worked and looked just as good. Also, they were quick in getting me a finished product. As before, being my first t-shirt order and design I was extremely worried and nervous, but Satisfactory Printing soon eased my concerns. I began working with Satisfactory in the fall of 2012 and have been using them as our sole merch designer and printer ever since. We've made several bulk orders with them since that time and with each order we've requested a new design, color scheme, and quantity change and they've come through every time. A few orders were placed with a request for expedited printing and delivery so we could receive everything in time for a specific event and they came through both times on time with no additional fees of caveats. The fact that they have an in-house design team to help us create our designs and artwork (at no additional charge) is a big bonus. We like creating a new concept and design with each order and the crew at Satisfactory always come back to us with several design ideas for each request and always produce something we're really happy with. Customer service is good, too. Quick email responses, flexible payment terms, even a Christmas card in the mail at the end of the year saying thanks for the business. They're good people who try hard to make quality products and make sure their customers are happy. What more do you need? So why not five stars? I don't give five stars. The counseling staff at Clarke Central High School is so thankful for Satisfactory! When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, many of our Seniors were upset thinking of their senior year being interrupted, and thus missing out on end of the year things such as yearbooks, prom, graduation, and more. Satisfactory reached out to our team, offered to host a t-shirt sale for us, and gave us a generous discount to ensure the sale was inclusive for our entire student population. The Satisfactory team also worked out a donation platform for us to crowdsource for funding. This was epic, and ensured that all of our students who needed a sponsored t-shirt could receive them with little to no hassle. Claire at Satisfactory was especially helpful ensuring that our design was perfect, and that our web store was easy to use! We sent an obnoxious number of emails and requests that were all met with grace, kindness, and understanding. I am so grateful for the Satisfactory team, as they truly went above and beyond for our students and made an unfortunate senior year a bit better. The t-shirts, of course, also came out beautifully. Thank you, Satisfactory, your work is impressive! This was the first time making shirts for ourselves and it was the best possible experience. Their 1st design mock up was spot on and still they were willing to show modifications. (What if and what if...) We were fully informed each step of the way regarding options for ink colors, t-shirt color, quality of material, sizing... They kept our needs, desires, and budget at the forefront of every decision. Absolutely everyone we worked with was like a private coach and equally invested in our relatively small order. Everything happened immediately and communications were excellent. It was especially convenient to walk into the sales office and get all the help we needed anytime during office hours. They're much more than just Satisfactory! We did our first project together a couple years ago when we wanted to print some shirts promoting an upcoming children's book. They were super easy and helpful to work with. The following year they took the same design and put it up onto a web store for us, which required almost nothing on our part. When we began planning the first Forest Heights Blueberry Festival, they were the only choice in my mind for doing the fundraiser t-shirt. All we had to do was pass them the design. They suggested the best shirts and colors to print on, set up the web store, managed the sales & delivery, and sent us the proceeds (minus their totally reasonable cut). As a school teacher I know the way to the students' hearts is a t-shirt. Satisfactory is the best combination of reasonable pricing plus quality AND they are right around the corner from school! Plus they have such good taste I feel confident no matter what sort of design I send them their fabulous design team will re-do it so it is HIP and COOL (2things I am NOT). I've been working with Satisfactory for the past two years designing various t-shirts for my youth group. I have worked with Prosper the most, and I have always been pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and honesty that I have received working with her and the rest of the Satisfactory staff. Prosper has helped me with everything from t-shirt color to t-shirt weight to actual design, and I have always been ecstatic with the outcome! They are extremely creative and are always willing to tweak designs until they are absolutely perfect! I contacted Nick to get his help designing t-shirts for Seymour & Perry, LLC accounting firm. He was a great help with the design and making tweaks that improved the design I had come up with. With his expertise, he was quick coming up with the design. Nick and Maggie were very quick with their responses and SP was very quick in getting our order prepared. Y'all, can not say enough good things about working with Satisfactory. Our friend was diagnosed with brain cancer and all I knew is that I needed to "DO SOMETHING!" I contacted Claire and she was absolutely amazing and walked me through the process of setting up a presale webstore as a fundraiser. These guys are great. The shirts are quality but the customer service is what is great. We emailed them on a Wednesday and had our shirts in-hand by Friday. And it wasn't even a rush job. Just a regular order! Prosper handled our order and gave us a ton of good options on both styles and price points. They can pretty much get any t-shirt brand out there which is awesome as we were looking for a particular one. The pricing was good. The design exactly what we wanted. And the service was the best. My only complaint is that they seem to be cat people. If you like cats, you'll be quite happy. If you don't like cats, who cares, they make good shirts with smiling faces. Being in a band, we like to use tee shirts as a form of publicity and a way to create extra revenue for the group. I needed to design some hoodies and joggers for my rugby team to purchase. Max was wonderful, she worked with me to make the designs look exactly the way I wanted. I was very picky about how everything looked and Max constantly made the changes that I asked for to make sure everything was perfect. At one point, the hoodies we had agreed on became unavailable due to the manufactures issues with COVID, and Max immediately found a replacement that was identical. The online pre-sale store was great, especially the pickup option. I have been living in my hoodie ever since it came in and my whole team loves our new merchandise. Satisfactory is the best! We have done our Fantasy Football draft for years in Athens, and every year Satisfactory makes our T-Shirt. The quality of the design and product is outstanding!
