Horrible experience. Dealt with Align and Nick. Had an appointment Saturday morning 3/23, 2026 at 10:00. Arrived promptly at 10:00, store didn't open for 10 more minutes. Was told I will get a call in a few hours when phone is ready, never happened. Came back on Monday, called first and they said phone was fixed. Phone was NOT fixed, all contacts were not put back on my phone and Align said if I wanted him to do this, it would cost an additional $149. So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet. Align was rude and I will never ever go back there again. I now have a cell phone that still has the same issue and I invested $98. on a battery for a phone that was not fixed. read more

Charged me for a misdiagnosis and did not refund my money. Explanations kept changing and they finally said that my laptop had to be sent out to their central location for motherboard repair which would take 2 weeks. I took it back in frustration and brought it to another place who correctly diagnosed the issue at no charge and had it up a running fine in 24 hours. Don't know how these people hold themselves out as experts given their incompetence. read more

It was a wile ago but they told me how to fix it over the phone, a different one of course lol . Why do these phones hide the buttons and setting you need 20 feet deep in the menu and nothing but nonsence in easy reach? Also would be so nice if I could just block an entire area code to stop the telemarketers anyone who does business with telemarketers is part of the problem. read more

I was cleaning and accidentally knocked over my boyfriends brand new $1200 touchscreen laptop. Screen cracked pretty badly. Best buy geek squad was closed due to COVID19. So I took a risk and brought it to Ubreak in Clearwater. I was very nervous being that this was a touchscreen, but the staff appeared knowledgeable. The cost was $320.00 which I found fair based on my research of how much it would be to fix. They were very transparent about everything that could possibly go wrong while fixing.. what they have to do to fix it.. how long it would take.. etc. They also provide a 3 month warranty. I had my screen repaired twice no issues. The third time I took my phone in the screen was working fine, but the glass was cracked badly. I pay for the repair and a screen protector. I get my phone back and my touch screen no longer works. I go back and the very rude man at the counter tried to blame me. As soon as I got home and realized it was less functional than before I called back. I bring it back and the guy said there was pressure damage from me using something to hold my phone. What?! Why would I put a suction cup over half my screen?! So I say I know they use suction cups to remove screens for repairs so it must have been their mistake. Then he tells me they use metal prongs and my phone has frame damage. Well you said you used metal prongs to pry my phone apart. So after much back and forth he agrees to replace it again. This time it takes over an hour. This was Monday. Wednesday I was using my phone and realize there are still issues with the touch screen and now one corner is going white sporadically. And the screen protector is still not on correctly. Before this experience I would have recommended them. But the tall guy with long hair apparently has no problem causing damage to phones, lying about it, and blaming the customer. I spoke with the manager today and she said she will be looking at it Monday to find out what he screwed up this time. For all the money and drama I would have rather kept the cracked glass with a working lcd and touch screen. At Least I would have been able to still use my phone well enough for work Some people should not do customer service. read more

Took my iPad there to replace battery. Held it for one week, then was told it was beyond repair. Obviously did not do anything at all, because after one year, iPad still works fine when plugged in. read more
