Isaish was very helpful over the phone and confirmed battery availability and Google coverage. They also cautioned me that I might have to pay for glass replacement - though as it turned out, the original glass survived the replacement, so the replacement costs were fully covered by Google. I got delayed in traffic so I called ahead to see if I could still pick up the phone five minutes after closing; the answer was yes so now I have a phone that holds a charge for more than 30 minutes. Yay! I also brought in two Apple devices with dying batteries but after getting price quotes, I decided that they'll just need to keep limping along - very helpful in making the repair vs replace decision.

Phone was NOT fixed, all contacts were not put back on my phone and Align said if I wanted him to do this, it would cost an additional $149. So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet. Align was rude and I will never ever go back there again. I now have a cell phone that still has the same issue and I invested $98. on a battery for a phone that was not fixed.

My deposit was half of the $140 repair bill. I was told 5-7 business days. On 11/7/2019, the 8th business day, I had not recieved any word from them. I called to find out the repair was being done then. Later the same day I recieved texts(see pics) saying it is damaged. I refused to take a broken screen to replace a broken screen. I was told they would order another. After receiving no communication on December 2nd I called during business hours 3 times. This is 36 days after I dropped it off. I had no phone over the holiday and am upset about all of this. On the third they finally answered. The owner, TJ was not available. His employee proceeded to tell me they are no longer going to fix it. Nothing is being done to make any of this right. I asked for TJ the owner to call me. He did not. This morning December 3rd I called. Same employee answers. Says TJ is not there. Claims he called already this morning. I have no missed call and no voicemail. I am offered a refund. I have already been without a phone for 37 days. After I got upset because they obviously do not care and are not honoring their end of the verbal contract to provide the repair the employee decides he is too sensitive for real talk. Proceeded to tell me to come up there and talk that way to his face while I am there.
