They are really nice friendly and I will definitely come back And they put genuine parts on your phone or anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My daughter took her phone to ATT and they recommended her take her phone to these people for a back of the phone replacement. We dropped the phone off at about noon and they said it would be ready within 2 hours. They made her shut off the location of the phone which she didn't want to do just in case they stole it. They didn't call or text so she showed up 2 hours later. They said they weren't finished but she heard them in the back starting her phone and then a commotion started. The guy came out from the back and said she needed to call the insurance company because her phone caught on fire!!!! One guy said he used a fire extinguisher the other guy said he used water to put out the fire. They told my daughter a piece of glass touched the battery and it started the fire. They didn't want to give her th her phone back and wanted her to stay another 2 hours "to make sure the fire did not start back up". She told them she had to go. They removed the battery And she took it back to att which they said they couldn't help her. The insurance (assurion) gave her a run around as well. They are replacing her phone not not for a few days! LOOK AT THE PICTURES THEY DON'T TELL THE STORY WE WERE TOLD! There's no water present nor residue from a fire extinguisher. There's a hole punched in the phone as seen in the pictures. They refused to give her the battery as well. read more

I needed my inner screen protector replaced on my Samsung ZFold 3... 1. I was sent to them by AT&T insurance company. 2. First trip, they didn't have the work order. 3. Second trip, they no longer carry the parts, and they try to retrieve the work order, didn't get it. 4. Third trip, they got the work order and now they have a whole new phone in store. 5. They puts my guts out of my old phone into the "supposedly new" phone. I accept the phone looks good so I head home. Gets on the Interstate and opens the "new phone" and it has an air bubble down the center like my old one. I call them, they says can you bring it back tomorrow, an hour away. No I can not. But the insurance paid them, I tried to stop it but it was already sent. The Tech called me but it's too much gas to keep going that far, with all the gas I used I could have paid for a refurbished phone. *NEVER GO THERE* read more

We had an appointment and they said it would be ready in 4 hours. 1 hour and 30 mins later they call and asked for the information to get in the phone rather then doing when we where there. Then 30 mins before we where to pick it up they called and said they didn't have the part and it would be in Wednesday. So I called today and they did not even order the part. The man that was there Saturday was very rude and didn't seem like he really wanted to help us. I would not use this store for any repair because they don't follow thru with what they say they are going to do. read more

Phone screen repair. I set up an appt. and the tech called the next day to verify my phone brand, model & color. I went to get it repaired 3 days later & he said he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the parts. I live 45 minutes away. Wasted my time. I will learn how to repair it myself. read more
