I saw they were a Mac certified shop. I called and talked with Chip. Bring it on in he said, which I did. The place was spacious, clean and cool inside. Chip told me about the diagnostic fee of a hundred bucks. which I did NOT have to pay up front. If I could get my data, that would be ideal and well worth it I thought. He called a short while later, said my motherboard was bad and not worth fixing, but the data was still there and he could transfer it for me. I had most but not all of the gold backed up, so I was happy with the news. I could not have asked for more timely, efficient or friendly service. I had an outstanding customer experience.
