The store was clean and modern, the staff was friendly, and the iPhone cracked screen repair was done the same day. BUT....there was a critical problem with the process. They failed to tell me that they were replacing the screen with an aftermarket, non-Apple screen. They didn't explain that there was an option, any difference between the 2 products, what an official screen would cost - nothing. I got home and immediately noticed the colors looked off and did the research to understand what they had sold me. When I called they essentially said they "figured I'd want the cheaper option." It's clearly an inferior screen with noticeably worse lighting, everything is super bright and cool. To make matters worse, I then learned the Apple Store offers the screen replacement with an official screen for the same price they charged me for the 3rd party screen. I guess shame on me for not doing the research in advance, but maybe don't assume everyone knows what the hell an aftermarket screen is. Their response was essentially "sorry", and their corporate support was a notch above useless. Buyer beware. read more

Brought my ipad in to get the screen fixed about 3 months ago, it took a week no big deal because I didn't need it until i went back to school. Screen looked brand new, I was satisfied with the price as well. However be aware they don't have warranty for any physical damage (not sure what the point of even offering it is), screen was back to cracked after only 3 months of use. If I would've known that I would've just let Apple do the repair, so I suggest sometimes paying double the price is better if the repair will last you longer! Associates were very friendly though, and I did have a positive experience a couple months back when my iPhone charger broke off in the slot, they were able to remove it for me! A couple months after getting my iPhone screen fixed I didn't know that getting your screen fixed with anyone other than apple voided the water resistance. My phone got a little wet at a pool and conked put on me shortly after. iPhone 11's are supposed to be good 6 feet deep but not if you get your screen fixed through a third party. In fact all the Asurion replacement phones are no good in water. Too bad they didn't tell me that. Well I ended my insurance contract on my iPhone 12 and purchased AppleCare for it. Would not recommend. Website is very misleading for lead times and cost. After you make an appointment and drive out there, and wait...you get told "oh, iPhones are our priority. Your iPad screen will take a week to fix." Complete waste of time. The person in front of me was quoted two hours for repair. Also they don't honor coupon/price match posted from their OWN website. My wife's iPhone malfunctioned and completely stopped working and locked her out and the Apple store and ATT both told her all her data had to be erased. We called uBreakiFix and they were open Labor Day morning with a full compliment of staff and within a couple of hours were able to fix her screen and was able to save a lot of her data otherwise thought was lost for good. Set up with this company by my AT&T insurance policy, had a time frame of days of when I was able to drop it off. Dropped my phone on off at 5 pm. It was fixed and ready to go at 6:30. Workers were very professional, and the screen repair was perfect. Tech went over all what fixed on the phone, and ensured it was in working order before I left. Excellent all around. I cracked my phone screen and the touch receptivity was damaged, so I was scanning for any place to fix it. I just happened upon this one, and was pleasantly surprised with how great it was. To my surprise, this location actually is an authorized repair store for AT&T (and I imagine other providers, too), so using my insurance plan I was actually able to get my phone fixed for only $29! The guy helping me also let me know that the out-of-pocket price is only $199. Speaking of which, the service was very kind and helpful. Only took about 2 hours for my phone to be fixed. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They repaired my moms phone and several months later the screen went out. When I brought it back to them to warranty the work they claimed there was a microscopic crack and they would not warranty the defective screen. I would give it no stars if possible. The absolutely worst experience. I cracked my phone yesterday and went to the Metairie location to have fixed through Samsung Care. The phone worked perfectly besides the cracked screen when I dropped it off. When I got it back, the screen was fixed, but they screwed up the phone. The phone was in airplane mode, but couldn't be turned off, the screen was not recognized properly and the phone could no longer be charged. I returned to the store about 10 minutes after picking up my phone to show them and was told that it was not something that they can repair without another insurance claim and tried to blame it on recalibration. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. read more

I brought an Xbox in to be repaired and they told me it would be 7 days at the most to get it done. When 7 days had gone by I called and it was still not done, but they told me I was "in the queue". I called after 9 days. Still not done. After 11 days I was told that they were shorthanded, so I went back in to just pick the Xbox up. I heard the man behind the counter telling the next person in line that their repair would take 7 days!! I can understand that things happen, but they were outright lying to customers so they wouldn't lose business, knowing full well that it would take longer than that. I won't be back. read more
