The ONLY place within 80 miles who would offer a price quote via Yelp. They stated they would have the phone fixed within two hours. They did not disappoint. They cleaned the iPhone power receptacle and swapped the battery with a "battery provided by Apple." I felt so bad paying so little that I bought a "glass cover." Def will come back. I was disappointed to learn their iPhone battery replacement cost was 40% higher than their neighbor Best Buy ($99 vs $69), however BB has a policy (driven by Apple) preventing them from replacing an iPhone battery with health higher than 80%. In other words, if your iPhone's Battery Health is higher than 80%, Best Buy won't replace it even if you made an appointment with them through Apple Support. Ask me how I know. Anyhoo, these cats appear to have swapped out the battery just fine and their counter-man Alex was exceptionally friendly, so, uncompetitive price inclusive, I'd say 3 stars is about right. read more

No response and no respect for customers I would not recommend them to anyone now or in the future

I dropped my phone off and when I returned to pick up my phone after they replaced the screen it was not charged and they said they did not have the capability to charge it it was an iPhone. So I paid not knowing if my iPhone was fixed or not and then bought the hill met liquid protection screen. And they were going to install it they told me 10 minutes but it took one hour with no communication while I waited in the lobby. I've then tried to register the screen protector on the app which it dictates and kept getting an error message. I went back into the store and they said they didn't know they had never seen it before and did not want to give me a refund but acquiesced when I pointed out that I was not just buying the screen protector But the warranty as well which is impossible to use without registering. read more

They replied quickly and said I would have to bring them in to see if they could or not. when I brought them in the guy working heard me say beats headphones and immediately said I had to take them to apple. Warning! They will scam you on price!! Took Apple Air in for a broken screen. Technician quoted a price around $440 and a completion date within 48 hours. The day it was supposed to be finished, a different tech states it's not fixed and it will cost another $100+ bringing the total to almost $600 and further delay. Terrible customer service. Helpful staff that are willing to patiently answer your questions without treating you like your questions were silly. After all, if you don't know the answer, no question is silly. Sometimes, if the solution was super simple, they won't even charge for the fix! It's nice to know that there is a place to get your electronics fixed by people who care. read more

i do not recommend going to UBreakIFix in soring hilI crossings boulevard. i am never going to this phone store again i had to get a screen repair and my top volume button replaced got it done it was $125. at first the phone was okay there was no problems until it went dead....while it was on 80% i thought it just normally went dead i plugged it back up it turns on its on 10% so im like okay maybe it was jus a glitch, but noooo heres what i wasnt in for. the phone constanly dies on 70 percent it jus turns off completely like curtain buttons i pressed in the phone made my phone turn off. i couldnt keep it charged because it would die so fast. so i called the store and asked them to fix the problem that they had to do because my battery was not like that or i would have payed to get that fixed as well from the beggining. so i told them about how i have work and school and my phone is jus powering off every 30 min! i have to stay on the charger for my phone to not power off, you kno what the man on the phone told me," we can fix it but we would not cover it" so basically i would have to pay 79$ to get it fixed when the fucked it up in the first place. do not go to this store its just a scam to get you to spend more money. read more

Poor experience with these folks. One of our kids dropped my wife's phone and the screen cracked, iPhone X. We did some online browsing, and the replacement screen can be found anywhere from $30-70. We asked uBreakiFix for a quote to replace her screen and they told us it would be $200.00. My reply was "so you charge $130-170 for 20 minutes worth of labor?" and I was hung up on. I assumed that was an accidental disconnection, and immediately called back. No answer. Tried again. No answer. Please do not give your money to these folks, there are plenty of other folks available that can make the same repairs for a fair price. read more
