Just brought my daughter's phone to the store for diagnosis and repair. The technician had a condescending attitude and kept interrupting me while I explained the problem to her, telling me there was a setting problem instead of listening to the actual problem. Popped into the Palm Harbor location right at 10am, after I shattered my phone screen leaving my iPhone unusable. The two people working were so friendly and knowledgeable! The first man explained my options for different screens (manufacturer, medium quality OLED, and lowest LED, prices, and gave his opinions of what was best for my phone. The completed the repair in about 30 mins. The entire process only took about 40 mins start to finish and I waited in the lobby. I am really happy with the screen, it's been a few days. The next visit to drop off the laptop once the replacement part arrived and then lastly to pick it up. went to the location in Palm Harbor after my wife's phone needed an emergency screen repair in Europe. the 5G was not working on her Samsung S21+, so I took it to another shop that was not an authorized Sumsung repair place. they changed out a part but did not calibrate the antennas, so it was still not connecting at 5G. Store Manager Rob ran the correct diagnostics and recalibrate the phone and fixed my wife's phone, who was getting very frustrated. thank you! I should have taken it there first. Sunday I drop my phone and cracked the screen, my first thought is now I need to buy a new one... Someone shared that can ubreakIfix can't replace the glass for me. I was not familiar, this was my first time hearing about what that shop did. I was pleasantly surprised to make a phone call, share my phone type, they checked inventory and said they could get it done today. The shop is convenient to my home, I was there in five minutes dropped my phone off and it was ready in less than two hours. I was very pleased with their level of service, the price was OK ($310 out the door for SX max) much cheaper than buying a new phone! I would recommend this service to others. I did not take any type of extended warranty, I know their service comes with support and many options that may be of interest to others. I brought my iPhone 6S Plus for a battery replacement. On the way home from the repair, the battery died at 60%. I immediately returned to the store and the representative told me it was normal and to charge my phone to 100% to fix it. Every day for a week, the phone would die between 40-60% from a full charge. I took it back to the store again where I was told they would not warranty the battery again because of liquid damage. I was very upset with this because the phone never had an issue prior to my bringing it to the store besides the original battery draining quickly. I asked that they at least try another battery and if the 2nd one did not work, we could be sure the cause was something other than the battery. They refused and instead refunded the cost of the repair. This baffled me because they could have just installed a 2nd battery at the same cost of the refund. I still don't understand that logic? I went to a competitor where they replaced the battery and the phone and battery have been working great since. Needless to say, they lost a repeat customer to a competitor for poor service and unwillingness to stand behind their product. read more

At first, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The problems started when the "Tech" who was helping me told me, erroneously, that my insurance voucher was good for 14 days. That resulted in the insurance company withdrawing its approval to repair my phone. After I straightened that out, the next difficulty I had was getting an accurate estimate for how long the repair was going to take. Their stock answer is 2 hours. Two hours passed and I was asked for the unlock pattern l. 3 hours after that (5 hours altogether) my phone was fixed. If I had pre-paid through the insurance carrier, I would've taken my phone elsewhere. BE PREPARED TO WAIT!!! read more

Horrible customer service! The owner and manager are so rude! I dropped off my phone to have the screen fixed and asked if I needed to do anything special to my phone they said no and just asked for my passcode. They said it would be ready in an hour. I gave my husbands number just in case they needed. One hour later we returned and they called and said they didn't have me turn off find my iPhone AND the new screen they put on it is broken too.. so they needed me to turn it off and it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes! I am pregnant and had a baby in the car!!! They had my number to call if they needed this done- not wait until the full hour was over to say they needed to re do everything. RIDICULOUS! Then when I tried to express how this was so inconvenient and ask why they waited the hour to tell me about this they blamed me!!! And threatened me that they would just not do the repair at all. And make me leave the property... ummm What??? Then tried to lie and say it had not been an hour... but I had the receipt, which had the time on it to prove they were wrong. The man was horribly rude and very aggressive. Again, I'm a pregnant mom in my car.. there is NO REASON for him to get loud and rude like that.
