Went to UBreakIFix to get my MacBook Pro screen fixed. It took 5 weeks for them to fix it after telling me it would take 1 week. I made sure to check the screen was fixed before I left the store and and the screen was flickering on and off which was not the original issue. They shipped it out to be fixed again after that and it took 2 more weeks to get it back. Was only issued a partial refund. Strongly do not recommend for laptop repair. read more

Quick two minute fix for anyone with the tools to grab the foreign item. Without even asking me why I was there they quickly said we don't take those (ipad). Didn't say hi. Didn't greet me at all. DO NOT take anything to this store. I took an iPad with a cracked screen over 2 weeks ago. Zero communication for the service rep on the repair status. I have called multiple times to get a different excuse on why it's not fixed. Now I'm told it can't be fixed and it doesn't work anymore. It was working perfectly fine when I brought the iPad to the store with a cracked screen. Awful customer service and Awful service work. If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment to get an estimate of what a repair would cost. The lady saw me walking up, on time for appointment and put up a "be back in 15" sticky note on door. I knocked and called their corporate line because I needed to go to work, I was only scheduled to drop it off, the support person called the store line for 7 minutes just to have it keep ringing. They even said there is no reason to have the door locked during business hours, let alone when they had a scheduled appointment. The lady comes out 10 minutes later and unlocks door and turns away to go into the back and starts talking to her coworker for 5 minutes while I stand at the counter. First time I got my phone fixed, it "looks" like they did a good job, but when I got my phone fixed somewhere else in the future, the store said that the person that fixed my phone previously (UBreakIFix) did not put in all the screws in my phone. The second time I fixed my phone at UBreakIFix, my phone got a notification for a few days that "this device cannot recognize the screen". There was also black adhesive/glue that was sticking out of the bottom of the phone. After a few days, I noticed that there was light coming from the bottom of my phone and I realized that they did not seal/glue my phone properly so the bottom of the screen/phone keeps popping off and is not attached to the phone. They are very lazy and do not care about fixing your phone and want to do the bare minimum making you believe that it was fixed. read more

When I dropped off my repair I was told it would take a week. I would call weekly to check on it. One phone the lady didn't even bother to ask a name she just seemed like she couldn't be bothered. I finally got a hold of John who was helpful and able to tell me it would be fixed the next day. When I picked it up I waited for a few minutes while listening to a lady complain about hours working. Finally Lori came up to help me and she was very professional. When the credit card machine would cooperate she called for her co-worker to come help, that lady just came off like she did not want to be bothered with being there and it was an inconvenience to assist in completing the transaction. I took my son's tablet in to have a crack screen repaired on March 4 2021, on April 22 2021 I went to get my tablet back because they did not fix it. and it now does not work now. They lied to me every time I called. No one there has the same story or answer for you. They said April 16 my tablet would be fixed and when I called to ask they said at that point they were replacing my tablet, and wants me to pay $250 for a tablet that is not mine nor did i want nor did I break. So Jon whom is the manager is a liar, and breaks products and tries to fix his mistake with out you knowing it. If I wouldn't of went in and grabbed my original tablet back he would of had taken a refurbished tablet and gave it me saying it was mine. I have called customer service 4 times. I have emailed customers service. Nothing is getting done but telling me they will call the Sioux city store and find out. I was also told by the customer service help, that I should not be paying for a tablet that I didn't break nor that I wanted. No one in that store kept me updated on what was going on. When I told them I have original receipt and paper work that's when Jon admitted to breaking a piece on my tablet while trying to fix the cracked screen. Jon told me he was going to order the part and fix my tablet, but than parts he ordered weren't coming in or having issues with shipping. So when I called on April 16 , because that was the day it should of had parts in and fixed, no one at the store knew anything and than Jon was out and about for the day. I asked for him to personally call me and he never did. He had Lori call me and say he is replacing my tablet. and wouldn't give me any more information than that. So here I sit with a tablet that is not usable now due to there bad service. and if I want a replacement from them I have to pay, which to me is not the correct way to fix this problem. read more
