The staff is super helpful and they always have enough people working that you never have to wait for service. This past experience was the best. I've lost 110lbs and my wedding ring doesn't fit anymore...went in to get it resized. My warranty was expired and I wasn't going to renew it, but the employee explained to me that it would actually be cheaper to have me renew than just pay for a resizing! So of course I renewed! It's clean, shiny, and they really do try to help you out as best they can. Example...my husband's credit isn't the best but they still let him buy my wedding ring. Gotta appreciate the trust.

South Sioux doesn't have much for shopping options other than Walmart so this little local economy boost was welcomed with opened arms! The clothes are adorable. I love the style of the place 95% of the time. It's a little pricier, but the clothes are very good quality, so paying a little more isn't that big of a deal. The owner keeps the place decorated all the time and doesn't hesitate to help local nonprofits and the schools. She's big into helping the community. The store carried little girls, women's, and plus size clothing. Shoes, jewelry, purses, hats & scarves can be found as well. Candles and home decor are sold around the holiday times. A website has been added for the place recently. Heard a small rumor this place is closing in the next year or so. I surely hope not! I swear half my wardrobe if from there now! Love the place. I'll go where I think socks are...and now it's baby clothes. WTH? Don't go to the women's cash wrap, it's always so busy. Apparently customer is NOT always right. Daughter and I went to the southern Hills store and found…read morea section of towels with a BOGO sign so we picked up two sets of towels. At checkout the BOGO was not given. We told your associate that the towels were on sale and the sign said BOGO she did not know what to do and a gentleman associate came over to help. I walked him back to the towel section and showed him the sign. Went back to the check out and he told the girl that the towels were BOGO. Well now neither associate knew how to adjust the price on the register. Then another associate came to help.I a get it was a BYGO sale. She then was told by the associate who saw the sign that they were. She had me walk her back to the section and showed her the sign. She said oh no this sign is not right and the towels were on sale but not BYGO. I said but that's what the sign says. She took the sign down and said well they are not do you still want them? I said no! As my daughter and I walked away, ALL of the associated were laughing at us, yes laughing. Do you think they were laughing because they won the dispute or they were laughing because they just didn't care that the customer is never right at your store? Any way I guess the signs mean nothing, the help means nothing so I will shop elsewhere.
