Disappointed!! I wasn't expecting the rates they quoted but I didn't know the rates would be that high! iPhone 11: $120 for new charge port and $160 for new battery!! They were the only ones who were able to fix the broken charger port on my Galaxy tablet. Best Buy actually recommended them since my tablet no longer had a warranty. It took a little longer than expected but that wasn't an issue. When the replaced accidentally broken screen turned out to be defective it was replaced without any questions. Im updating my review because Asurion the company that handles all of the warranty's and repairs. They made things right for the controller. They sent me a check for the controller so I could buy a new one. They didn't send me the full price but something is better than nothing I guess. For the cleaning there's nothing they can do because I don't have the console anymore. I wouldn't recommend bringing your console here or anything for that matter. read more

I hate this place I thought they could be trusted because they fixed my PS5 controller but they didn't fix my ps4. I'm not mad that they couldn't fix my ps4 I'm mad because I SPECIFICALLY told them that if they couldn't fix it then return it to me, but what do they do? THEY THROW IT AWAY!!! I had years of memories and awesome clips on that ps4 and they thought to solve my problems is to give me a brand new one... NIGGA NO!! I don't want a new one especially if you're gonna throw away my old one, now I'm left with a brand new ps4 that doesn't have any of my old captures on it. So wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're okay with getting a brand new technology or whatever of what they can't fix. read more

Terrible experience! I dropped off my XBox for repair on Sept 21. The image would flicker and it stopped taking the discs, so I could no longer play. After having my XBox for two weeks and not hearing anything from the tech, I called for an update. I was told the HDMI port looked fine and they could not replicate the image flicker issue, but the disk drive needed replaced. I was told the drive could be ordered and would be in within a week. A week later I hadn't heard anything, so I called back. I was told the tech had my console open and was replacing the drive and would have it done that afternoon. I waited for them to call to let me know I could pick up my XBox, but no call came. I called back today (Oct 22) and was told the tech STILL had my console open and was just now testing the drive, but I could show up in an hour and they would have it ready and my repair cost was $150 ($75 to look at it, $75 to repair). They called me right back to let me know that "oh, by the way, your power button doesn't work". When I told the tech it worked when I dropped it off, he replied that it was "annotated" on the paperwork that it didn't work, and that if I wanted it fixed it would be another $75 and would take a week to arrive. Because I can power on the console with the controller and because I was frustrated, I declined the repair and chose to just pick up my console. When I arrived to pick up my console, the back cover fell off because all of the retaining clips were broken off (in fairness, some of them were already broken off from when I took off the back cover to blow it out with an air duster). The cashier also initially failed to return the controller and power cord I had provided when I dropped of the console, but returned them when I asked about them. I absolutely will NOT go back to this store ever again! read more

I looked in Yelp for a place to fix my iPhone and this place popped up. I stopped in at Yuma Palms to inquire if anything could be done to fix the charging port on my phone. Cody took one look at it and explained it was a common problem in the desert, dust buildup that prevented my charger from seating properly. He told me to have a seat and could take care of it in 5 minutes. In less than 5 minutes, he cleaned out out and educated me how the charger worked, set up an Asurion account for me and I was out the door. I highly recommend this store and will return with my iPad! So...I decided to go and see if they were (finally) going to honor the Yelp free Armor Cover coupon they'd been gaffing me off about for over a month. I didn't appreciate them wasting my time, and one more letdown the business owner would be notified as well as a lower Yelp review. HOWEVER...! This visit I was actually helped. What they ordered wasn't up to par, and they apologized for the extended delay with a higher quality shield; installed in 15 minutes. terrible experience. lied to me about calling about parts and for repairs then gave me a bill after I wanted a diagnostic and to discuss any repairs. do not leave your devices with them. they gave me the option to pay an exorbitant of money or have them "unfix the device without being able to replace the piece they removed. I should have filed a lawsuit but I don't have the money or the time unfortunately. this absolute shameful business does not stand for their customers or have any transparency. 100% don't recommend these thugs. shame for Samsung being affiliated with these people. read more

Terrible customer service I went in to have my iPhone 11 screen replaced which instead of doing that they ended up breaking the Face ID feature in the process of replacing the screen!! They had me go to the store a total of FOUR different times because they had "fixed" the issue which was a total lie. I was told the insurance claim would be canceled only to find out it wasn't. They place the blame on the insurance company that it was their screen but NO they take ZERO ownership of their mistakes. They'll lie to your face my mistake was not checking the receipt! Upon realizing the discrepancy on the receipt I called them to voice my concern and the representative had the audacity to say that my complaint didn't matter because they were the only vendor in town that worked with asurion! These guys that work here are SO nice! I got my camera lens on my iPhone fixed last week. It was only $30. The other place I called wanted $150 and didn't even have the parts in stock. So I went with ubreakIfix and it was done in under an hour. Today the lens got cracked again, so they fixed it for me for free. I had my baby with me so they did it on the spot. Do not go there!!! Please! I took my phone there because they said it will not take more than 2 hrs for repair. I paid like 108$ to get the back glass of my phone repaired. I went there because I have taken previous phones there to get fix and they had done an excellent job and I trusted them. My phone was working perfectly but I was annoyed that the back glass was broken. I went to pick it up after Michael, one of the techs, called me. I paid took the phone and left. I get to work and as I was showing my coworker we realized the camera was coming off. Right away I called them back and let them know. He said that he needed to talk to his manager. I went back to show him the phone and once again he said he could reimburse anything. That he needed to talk to his boss but he couldn't tell me how much because the damage was physical. I asked in a nice way if they reimbursed at least half I was ok but I needed the money back. But he once again said he needed to talk to his boss. He made me feel like I was lying even though he looked at the phone. He never apologized or did offered to glue back the camera. That wasn't the only problem my phone turns on and off like every 3 minutes!!! I wanted to cry!!! Later he called me just to tell me they could fix it all over for free or they could only reimburse 20 dollars!!!!! I told them I needed the reimbursement, I straight up told them that I was taking my phone to my carrier to get a new one or fix it. I even apologized and told him that I didn't meant to put him on the spot with his boss but that for real the camera was coming off. He then said that he had over 10 years of experience and this has never happened... I'm sure he does a good job but he didn't with me. I'm never going there again and will never recommend to anyone. The manager doesn't care for his customers, he didn't even bothered to call me. Do not go there, if they fuck up they will not take ownership and won't work with u to find a resolution. They fixed my screen in a timely manner and I was happy with the end result. My only concern is the fact that they have to have access to all my information. Just by looking at my settings then passwords and accounts they could destroy my life if they wanted to. Other than that the service was outstanding and very professional. I've used this business twice and every time customer service was top notch. I received a new phone with a broken home button. The first time they were able to allow me to use it with the accessories. After a week of fat fingering it I told it back and let them just replace it so I could use the phone as normal. Took about 10 minutes start to finish (they even charged it for me). Waaaayyyyy cheaper than paying for insurance, paying a deductible and then a small fee. Completely lied to. I have two iPods I wanted fixed and the representative at the front told me it would be worth my while to get the Asurion home+ for $25/month and make a claim (insurance fraud?). I did it anyways because I would be saving myself $100 in a month so why not right? A month later I try and make a claim and was told ipods aren't covered, so I'm out the $25 which isn't a big deal. The big deal is when I go back in to get the iPods fixed I'm told they don't even work on iPods! Complete waste of time and money! read more

I went in to get the back of my phone replaced. I left it and got a call back to pick it up. Once I picked it up the camera was falling off, the back has a crack and my phone turns off when I use it.I went back to skins to show them that they did not fix my phone and I wanted a reimbursement. The tech said he would call his manager to approve a reimbursement. When he called back he was only able to give me $20.00 from the $100.00 that I paid!!!! They made me feel like I was lying about the damages and 20.00 doesn't even cover the gas and time it took to take my phone their. The customer service sucks and they do not take the customers serious. The manager didn't even bother to call me about the reimbursement. I now have to go and spend another $100.00 to get it fixed properly. I will never return or promote them! read more
