People are generally very helpful and provided good directions. The downside of the location is that parking can be a bit pricey. That said we paid for the approximately right amount of parking when we arrived so that was quite helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful experience I had here. The process of Covid-19 question screening via phone, checking in at the front desk and being called in, was very efficient. I didn't expect to get called in so quickly. Timing is of the essence, especially when you're holding your pee for an ultrasound. It can mean the difference between feeling fairly comfortable versus borderline bladder torture. In another MIC location, I had to go to the washroom to relieve my bladder a tiny bit, not entirely, just to ensure I was comfortable for the exam. I didn't have to do this here because I didn't wait as long for my exam. The ultrasound tech that I met was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She introduced herself, explained what she was going to do and proceeded to work. I appreciated that she applied a soothing warm/heated gel on my belly prior to using the ultrasound probe. When you have a fairly full bladder, warm gel is definitely better than getting jolted by cold gel. She provided great customer service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience here. The the facility was clean and modern. I felt safe coming here during a pandemic. I will be coming back here for future scans.

I called health link around 9pm when I realized my daughter's stubbed ToE was like my a break... and of course it was a Friday night of a long weekend meaning our family clinic would be closed until Tuesday. We were just getting ready to leave on vacation in 6 days for Disney and knew there would be LOTS and LOTS of walking and swimming and running and climbing. So glad we popped in. Free street parking. There was literally one person in the waiting room. Staff were courtesy and friendly from the moment we entered until we left. Admittedly, my daughter had a bit of a freak out on the poor ER doc when she was told that the X-ray confirmed a broken bone. But overall the visit was great. A clean, bright, and new facility open afternoons and evenings for urgent care only. They did the assessment, X-ray, and treatment in about an hour's time. They did warn me that sometimes when it's swamped they will stop taking new patients before they officially close at 10pm but that's okay - I get that. I only wish I had learned of our Urgent Care facility sooner! Two Thumbs Way Up!

I did not have to wait more that 5 minutes to get into a change room. Possibly 5 minutes to get the x-ray. It's clean and pleasant. The reception was a little abrupt, but ok. The washroom is also clean. I would like to see more magazines in the waiting area. (I suppose most folks play on their phone)

I was referred to one of the surgeons here, Dr. Andruchow, to monitor a polyp and was told it would…read morebe quicker to get in to see her than waiting for one in Edmonton. I saw the doctor every 6 months, and every visit, I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to see her. She is kind and wonderful to explain things and very patient with my questions. I really appreciated Dr. Andruchow's knowledge and patience with me. There was often a parking spot close to the clinic and it was free too. The seating area has about 6 or 7 seats and it's never so busy that every seat is taken. The rooms have magazines but I never wait long to see the doctor. Her front staff would call me to remind me of appointments and also when they would book my ultrasounds. There was confusion once when the staff didn't know where I wanted to book it even though I was going to the same lab for the last few years and I booked my appointment myself. The staff seemed to have changed over the years but overall they are alright.
