As for a weekday it was pretty busy. All the staff appeared friendly and not too mention an Italian guy looking as a Chef or perhaps the owner popping up a couple of times and chatting with customers. I ordered wonderfully and thrilling sounding Amarenensorbet and as a result I needed to face a nicely looking cup of MILK ice-cream with whipped cream and sour cherries that the latter I love but it was not I'd meant when ordering. (Referring to Wikipedia afterwards; Although the term sorbet in the Netherlands is used for a long time for a coupe of ice consisting of scoops ice cream, topped with fruit sauce and served with fruit and whipped cream, this meaning in the better restaurants disappeared for many years.
