I guess they stop seeing people around 6:30 6:45 is when they tend to put up the sign that they're not going to see anybody else but when they don't have it up it makes it really hard for a patient or potential patient to know that they won't see you. It's a horrible quality of care because they're trying to refer you somewhere else because they don't want to deal with the situation. They could have at least seen me to see if I just had bruising and if that was the case then helped me figure out how to navigate it while my system healed from falling on ice.
