They post cars on their website simply to drive traffic. Specifically, a PTS Mint Green Cayman GT4 has been sitting there forever with no intent to actually sell. The car was imported from Canada, traded into a dealer as the original owner was promised an RS allocation, and acquired by Udrive where it now sits in the owner's collection and is misrepresented as for sale. This is beyond shady as a business practice and a huge waste of people's time. Good luck buying this car, it's been "coming soon" FOREVER. Be careful with claims they make on their website. According to Todd they "source out garages of private enthusiasts around the country" for their inventory. A bit of internet digging proved this to be false... After speaking with Todd of U drive automoviles regarding a vehicle he had for sale I decided to run some Vin checks on line. What I came up with was the user name for the business (which goes under del-vet) on bringatrailer.com. There, I found two vehicles which were bought on bringatrailer.com and now relisted for huge mark ups! One, an nsx was purchased for 84k and listed for 122k. Another, an integra type r was purchased by them for 26k and listed for 42k. Now I do understand the dealership needs to make a profit, but to me this is deceitful. If you get your cars online at auctions fine, but be honest. I will post full photos of the information I have found. I would say if you we looking to buy a car from them to check the purchase history of del-vet on bringatrailer.com to see U drives purchase price. This may help you on your negotiation. read more

As a high end buy and collector, I would stay away from this UDrive group. They do not disclose full car defects. In my case, a known strut seep/leak was well-know, never repaired or disclosed. When confronted, they become combative, refused to repair it, and actually recorded my phone call without expressed consent. They attempted to use this phone call as a threat at my job, as well, which we will address separately in legal action. They also claimed the car was not tracked, which it was, and refused to acknowledge a third party reviewer. Ultimately, this was a 2K issue, that exploded to possible major slander and unethical behavior event. I hope that Todd learns from his combative, anatagonistic, and illegal phone recording techniques/behavior.... Stay away, esp high end buyers and collectors, acquiring truly transparent vehicles. read more

I talked to Todd about getting a Tacoma. He tells me to come check it out anytime it was on a Monday. I drove an hour there and he's gone with the truck at some appointment. I had to leave. Kept emailing him about coming back on Friday. At this point I felt like he doesn't want to work with me but I wanted the truck. Doesn't respond to emails and I even asked about putting a deposit down. I called today and he says someone put a deposit on it already and said that he emailed me. Didn't receive anything from him. They have nice cars on their website but they don't return calls or emails. I saw a car I wanted to buy and emailed Todd Myers on 5/31/16. As of today, 6/15/16, two weeks later, he has returned three emails and zero calls. If this is their level of service before you pay them imagine afterwards. You have been warned. read more

I'm Sure I would have never thought about UDriveAutomobiles again, But Yelp sent me an email when UDrive responded back. At what point as a company, do you say YES there was a 1 1/2 long scratch down the side skirt?? Scratches on the trunk and the repainted front bumper? Or the peeling on the steering wheel? Your sales man said "That wasn't there before, must have just happened?" You have not once owned up to the fact your 335i had scratches and over the phone you told me it did not. It's that simple guys. I didn't buy it because of the looks. BMW did a FREE check to make sure the engine transmission and brakes worked. That's it. A certified car does not mean free of scratches, or peeling on the steering wheel. There is a close up picture on the steering wheel, It does not have the peeling on that steering wheel. SO that's either an earlier picture or a different one. Again, I never said the car didn't Start, Drive or Stop. I needed a lot more then that to make a deal.. That is not what I was coming to buy, You again, said I would not find a single dent scratch or ding. I seen 4 issues right off the bat. I told you over the phone I fly out for cars, looking for a clean car with no scratches or rust. That I normally fly further south. You told me you just got it from Florida two weeks prior. So I thought, awesome a clean car and closer to home. I have bought cars about once a year over the last 10 years, mostly flying down south to buy cleaner cars to bring up north for a year or so. They were chipped up and I was told over the phone it had clean wheels with no road rash. Facts are I wasted time and money. I would have just been another caller asking about your cars, You told me it was in "immaculate condition" with not a scratch or ding anywhere. You told me you walked the whole car and had been driving it as your car and I even said Ill be bringing my Paint Reader. You told me, you were sure this car has never been painted. The front bumper again, was not refinish and wet sanded. Someone took and spayed right over the road rash up front, a very easy thing to spot. Yes I did try to get you to drop $1000!. I'm standing there, No ride, No plans. I knew it would cost my $400 a ticket home. (+I had a person with me) Plus the Taxi ride to the airport. I then said Fine $500 and I want to ride over to BMW(15min Away) Your sales guy said $250 but lets not drive over there. Lets just call them and talk to them. I wanted to find out how much to replace brakes and rotors. There was a lot of rust on them, Which was weird to me. Newer car, 25k miles from Florida and rust? Weird to me and I wanted to ask a real BMW Service Tech. But I had to the Taxi person show up who I called about 10min of being at UDriveauto. I was very unhappy.
