When we…read morefirst arrived, there was a young female attendant doing some bad suggestive selling and ineffective communication. I clearly told the attendant she [my daughter] didn't have a subscription. The attendant walked away to speak with someone regarding a tag number. My daughter only wanted to purchase a single, inexpensive car wash. The matter became more interesting with the next female attendant. This attendant (located at the bay area) was not having the best morning. Her countenance said it all. She began to give bad instructions on how to line the vehicle up properly onto the conveyor. This female attendant was having trouble being verbal. Once she was forced to become vocal, she wanted me to respond to her rude, aggressive behavior with submissivness. The instructions she was giving were lacking in competence, experience, hospitality, cognizance, and coherence. The customer service was poor. The situation for the service became sour. I wanted to leave. My daughter took over and drove. This was a bad move as the youth [car wash attendants] weaponized the police. She didn't fear for her life. The situation was typical. She acted a Karen because I matched her energy. This lady almost caused several thousands in vehicle damage. I was banned from the premises and if the owner looks into this situation the owner will find that the wrong person is in the wrong position. Both of those females need to be enrolled in college with perfect attendance on the dean's list (and not dealing with the public: a pink collar job perhaps). This attendant caused unnecessary actions and is definitely the wrong person for this job. I don't recommend a flex car wash for many reasons unrelated to this incident. If you have a chance do a Bing search or Google search for "non-conveyor touchless carwashes near me" then do that first. I was left wondering where the brains were to the beauties.

I use to love going to the old one in Biloxi because the customer service was great and I could put my tip on my card. Well I 1st drove around the place 3 times before I could find someone to tell me where to go, no signs that made sense? Then the guy who finally explained what to do talked so fast he made no sense so I drove around again and by this time I was furious. 2 of the guys who do the detailing talked to me and they knew I was angry and did some yelling. Then I realized one of the guys (teen) went to our church. He took my car. I Went into the waiting area and the chairs were such hard plastic they were hard to sit on and I was there for an hour. So of coarse when my car was done I had to go to the bank to get the detailer a tip. He did a fabulous job! If not for the fact I knew the young man and he was the only polite one with another young man who was helping him I would of never went back. I will not go back again. For a place who use to have such good customer service it is now not for me. 1 star

Consumer Warning - Avoid This Business…read more I'm sharing my experience to caution others about doing business with Sean at Finishing Touch. I entrusted him with my 2024 GMC Yukon for several high-end services: Paint Protection Film (PPF) - Full Front ($2,800) Full Vehicle Window Tint ($650) Full Vehicle Ceramic Coating ($1,980) The vehicle was in Sean's possession for a total of 22 days, yet the quality of work delivered was well below acceptable standards. Key Issues: 1. Peeling PPF: The Paint Protection Film began peeling off in several areas shortly after installation. 2. Poor Tint Application: The window tint, including the sunroof and rear passenger door, is also peeling. 3. Misleading Installation: Sean charged for a full front PPF, including side mirrors. He even posted a video on Facebook showing him "installing" PPF on the driver's side mirror. However, upon inspection, neither mirror had any PPF installed. When questioned, his only response was, "People make mistakes." 4. Incomplete Ceramic Coating: Despite paying for full paint correction and ceramic coating, it was only applied to the doors, roof, and rear of the vehicle. I repeatedly asked Sean whether he would be applying ceramic coating over the PPF, and he insisted, "PPF is the same as ceramic, and ceramic isn't needed." Four months later, Sean admitted he had just learned that ceramic should, in fact, be applied after PPF installation, as the PPF topcoat only lasts around six months. He acknowledged his skills are "improving daily," which highlights his lack of experience at the time of service. Customer Service Failures: 1. Despite being given the opportunity to fix the issues, Sean's re-application of the PPF also failed. 2. When I requested a refund for the substandard work, his response was simply, "I do not offer refunds. Final Thoughts: This post is intended to warn others. Sean at Finishing Touch does not have the knowledge or skillset to provide the services he advertises. He uses impressive-sounding terminology to oversell his capabilities, fails to meet promised timelines, and has an excuse for every mistake. His work did not meet professional standards, and he does not stand behind it when problems arise. I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointing and costly experience.
