However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR

He prioritized getting to us very quickly, asked what we wanted done as we walked around the exterior. Within a few days he provided us with an estimate on cost, complete with detailed, written, expectations of his work. The cost included all prep (scrape, prime, caulk, masking, etc), 2 coats of premium paint of each color, 1 for the body, 1 for the trim, and all supplies needed. Best yet, he was able to get started within weeks (not months as with other estimates). He worked with our schedule (we had some siding to replace prior to paint), and was great at communicating when he was coming out.
