We were warmly greeted and seated on the enclosed porch overlooking the Rocca. It was such a pleasant setting. We decided to do just a first course. We had ttagliatelle al ragu (alla Bolognese) and Strozzapreti alla boscaiola (ham, porcini mushrooms and pine nuts). We enjoyed a 1/2 liter of their house red wine and water. Our total cost for this delicious meal was only € 30.

I was just staying one night on my way to my next meeting. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.Some of them speak very limited English but everyone still made an effort to help. The hotel is simple but clean and the rooms are fairly ok. There was Internet access included and the bed was comfortable so no real complaints. The price was also very low so the hotel delivers as promised. I had to leave early so did not have time to have breakfast but had dinner at the restaurant and it was good so breakfast is probably ok as well.
