Amazing Company to work with!…read more We have used Demo Boys 2 times in the last year and both projects we were just blown away by their level of detail and expertise, especially since we have a house from the late 1800s. The first project we did with Demo Boys was a complete gut job of our large 2nd floor bathroom. It was done in less than a week and no dirt or scratches were left behind on the stairwell or anywhere in the house! They even left behind some the of protective mats for the flooring so other contractors would not damage the floors! (Demo boys will come and pick them up when the project is complete) Our 2nd job was a gut job of our partially finished basement. Johnathan and his team were able to complete it in one day and walked us through what all of the old pipes were in the house and took removed all of the pipes and wires what are no longer in service! I believe for the majority of the job they used a sub contractor named Chuy. Both were very personable and friendly, but the roof patch was done very poorly. I knew I would need to replace the roof but I was expecting the patch to hold longer than a just a few weeks. I had stated during the original estimate and when agreeing to work that I'm fine with patching as I'm planning on doing the roof next year. I thought we were on the same page. About a month after the job, another contractor came out to do gutters for me and said the roof patch will NOT hold much longer and will need pretty swift attention. I contacted Darion multiple times and he said every time Chuy would come out and look at it and contact me. I've had no shows 3 times now. I had a professional roofing company out for another opinion and they confirmed I will have water in my house probably within the next few months. Long story short, I'm now fast tracking a rubber roof replacement from a more reputable company. I would not do business again. I wanted to love this company and would have absolutely used them for many more projects but trust and credibility is gone. I would not recommend just based on the experience fixing an issue after the job. 2 stars because the inside I am very happy with.
