The only downside was the cost compared to other surgeries for the same op however the end result is great and the treatment was relatively pain-free. Any concerns and risks were addressed thoroughly beforehand, the practise is friendly, comfortable (the dentist's chair itself is a joy to sit in), and relaxing. Sharon the receptionist was quite welcoming when I arrived. She led me towards the back of the building where the reception area actually was. Shortly after checking in, Dr Brian greeted me and then led me to the front of the building where the dental room was. He explained what he was going to do with my teeth and advised me to tell him if I had any problems or was not happy during my visit. He and Carrie who was the dental nurse during my visit were assuring and calming. Before I left I was given an envelope about the practice's insurance and payment plans as well as a magnet and business cards. I was very pleased with the fact that they did not try and push me into purchasing a plan. I highly recommend this dental practice and am considering joining them in the near future!
