They are a business that is not too small to be able help quickly but not too large to give the personal service. They had dedicated administrators and estimators in the office to help with my enquiry who were all very helpful. Since the job I have since had a boiler and new heating system fitted, tiling done, a new balcony added to the front of my house and other more minor works. All have been done for a good price and the work is of an excellent standard. I strongly suggest if you have anything you need doing to either your home or workplace that you contact them. I am about to ask them to provide an on going cleaning and gardening service and i am confident that this will be another great service that they offer me again. I've used Waterways a number of times. They have replaced my boiler, heating system and changed all…read moremy radiators and have fixed a few leaky pipes too. They were also great when I called them for an emergency where a pipe leaked behind my kitchen wall creating a swimming pool in my kitchen. I now have them on speed dial. They are very reasonably priced compared to some others I've used in the past and have always been friendly. We also appreciate them tidying up after themselves when they're done which is always great. Highly recommended.

AVOID - they fitted a boiler for me - incorrectly leaving a test link in meaning that the boiler…read morewas permanently on. I paid them to service it for years and they still never noticed. Only when Vaillant themselves came out was the fault spotted. Now the fault is clear they blame other people and try to suggest it's a minor problem. I suggest you find a different installer. I will be using Vaillant direct in future
