Contacted corporate who also asked for pictures. I have yet to hear back from anyone yet again. Poor customer service, poor craftsmanship. I do not recommend ordering anything Leonard. I do however recommend considering tough shed sold by Home Depot who offers excellent customer service and an excellent well made product.

This is a rare occasion I find it my obligation to warn potential customers about the poor customer service and sheds Tuff Shed is pedaling. I purchased a 10 x 20 shed from them in the Richmond VA area August 2023, which was the wrong color to start. Four months later December 2023 I discovered a leak where water settled in 2 areas of the floor. It was immediately reported to Tuff Shed, and they sent someone out to support my 5 years warranty January 2024. They placed a door gutter over the two main doors. March 2024 the leak was still happening. April 2024 the leak continued and a crew was sent out to make possible repairs. This process has continued throughout the years with the crews starting to skip scheduled appointments. Here it is June 2025 the leak still exists. Now I can't get anyone out to support my warranty right up to this date 4 Jun 25. The person who sold me the shed no longer responds to my text, emails, and phone calls. To make a very frustrating and extremely long story short, buyers beware! Tuff Shed is becoming a total scam! I had another appointment today where the crew didn't show up and another morning of my time wasted. If they think I'm just going to go away, they are seriously mistaken. I've just started sharing my experience with them.

Well upon delivery of course I did not get the options requested. I called them back and I got a response of "that's not right" then offered to "look" into it, on the next call the began stating that "you got what you paid for" avoiding the fact that it was not what i asked for or confirmed on a follow up call. At that point their only response to everything I asked was the same "you got what you paid for" never once did they ever admit any solution, fault or so much as an apology. Typical shady salesman tactics at this business. I am also a repeat customer to them and clearly this shows how much they don't care about their customers.

I am a dedicated DIY person, and I originally thought I might build the shed myself. I'm really glad I did not. I could not have achieved the style we obtained, and it got done a lot more quickly than I could do. One tip; use their service for site preparation if you plan to place the structure in a non-flat area. Our location was on a hill that sloped in two directions. The folks who prepared the (pressure-treated lumber + gravel) site constructed a perfectly flat and super durable pad with a 4-foot-high corner wall to receive the structure. I plan to use Absolutely Amish again to build a larger structure in another location on our property.
