Always helpful at this location. It's a clean & organized store that is well stocked.

All staff were wearing masks. Most products were fully stocked. The floors were marked with which direction you should walk and there were stickers on the floor to help enforce social distancing. Staff were very helpful when helping me with my skincare needs. They weren't too pushy on getting me to apply for the Ulta credit card compared to other stores... the girls were very personable and friendly. They helped me find the best deals and the best products for my skin type. Checkout process was fast and easy. My experience overall at this Ulta was great! read more

While on vacation, my daughter decided she wanted to get her hair done before the start of the school year. Not only did Ulta have a same-day appointment available, the stylist that helped us was AMAZING! Donna Rose took the time to help us make decisions about my daughter hair color and was extremely knowledgeable about products and procedures. She made our experience excellent and I'm now considering driving all the way back to Branson to get my hair styled every couple months. Great job Ulta and Donna! read more

This location is a "hit and a miss." The associates seem to be more interested in their tasks than helping customers in the store. For example, I asked which of the "Dior" perfumes were the newest to an associate. She never acknowledged me or my question. I thought she was going to help me but she just ignored me and went on to try and find an annoying alarm going off. Understand the alarm situation, but it would have been nice to acknowledge I was there to shop. Platinum customer, ready to spend and poor service put me out the door with nothing. The lady helped me with a defective item was very helpful, so kudos for that. read more

I went in the store to get a few items on a list. I asked for help to find certain brands, since I had never been in this store before. I usually shop at a different location. I had good assistance and felt safe during Covid19. I hate that you can't use the testers, but that is just for our safety. I did this review because Yelp has it with a review of 1. When I asked my phone for directions, it asked if I wanted a different location, since it only had a 1 review on Yelp! I hope my review will reflect that it is a good place to shop. read more

Scheduled an appointment to get a haircut with a stylist named Katie. When I arrived a few minutes early I asked her if there were any hairstyle books to view as I've seen the style I was wanting illustrated in many before. She quickly replied that it would be a bad idea to look through them (I had seen several stacked in their waiting area) as too many people have expectations. I explained I knew exactly what I wanted and would prefer showing the style if found as several stylists in the past have cut my hair shorter than I wanted even after a detailed explanation. Instead of assuring me she was experienced and able to provide me a decent and desirable cut - she tells me in an authoritative unfriendly tone hat I must have communicated something different and often times the style is much shorter than what the consumer is requesting. I heard and seen enough at the point (her own hair looked as if she was going to a costume party dyed deep purple and looked a mess in my opinion) ... With that I told her frankly - I did not think we were a good match and I would not be getting my hair cut that evening after all. I found the stylist to be abrupt, and very unwelcoming and her responses gave me little confidence she was capable of providing me a decent hairstyle. read more

Worst ulta location! Been to many...I'm from Saint Louis but just moved to the Branson area...the girls at the front check out/costumer service are extremely stuck up, rude, and judgmental...I've been in the store multiple times on days I'm not looking my best or don't "look dressed to be spending a lot of money" the girls are very unfriendly and pay me no attention even when asking for product help I ask to see the high end name brand foundation and get guided to their stores brand on days I'm more put together and dressed in more name brand cloths the girls will greet me with smiles ask if I need help and bring me to the most expansive items in the store...even why they are being friendly you can tell they don't truly mean it or want to help you. I've never been to a store with such stuck up judgmental employees before...after going to this store over 5 times and spending over 1500$ in the past year and being a platinum member I will no longer be shopping in store and only do my shopping ONLINE. It's not worth going into a store where you should feel beautiful and end up leaving feeling guilty and that you don't "fit in" very unfriendly location read more
