The salon is cute and has a trendy vibe. All the stylists are friendly, and easy to talk to. All the haircuts I've gotten here have been basic, not super pleased but not overly disappointed. Just haircuts. I got a lob and chopped off all my hair once, but she didn't recommend adding some texture or layers or thinning out the bottom at all so it ended up looking terrible on me. I look for a stylist that isn't afraid to tell me what will and won't look good on my hair type, or at least recommend how to make it look better and she did not. Then, I came back 6 months later to get it trimmed, add some texture and get the bottom thinned. She thinned it out so much that 3 years later my hair is now long and I am now dealing with very thin hair in the bottom half. Got eyebrow waxing done here too, was pleased with that. Got balayage and they damaged my hair a loooot. Still have brittle hair ends 3 years later. So over all take away: go here for face waxing, basic easy cuts and hair trims. But I won't come back to get a color or a major style change, just haven't had enough excellent experiences to trust them with that. But worth a visit! Maybe you'll click with a stylist and find someone who does what you love! Definitely worth it to check them out!

She kept stepping away whenever I tried to show her the pictures and responded in a dismissive way, even saying that "anyone could do it," which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a client. When I tried to explain how I wanted my hairstyle and veil placement, I was told it "couldn't be done" without any real explanation or alternatives offered. I later spoke to the owner, but the situation was not handled seriously, and my concerns were not addressed properly. I have also heard similar comments from other people about the staff's attitude. I would not recommend this place for important events like weddings, as customer service and professionalism were not up to standard.
