She's a very beautiful soul. Dr. Thacker's communication technique is quite blunt & rude. She told me she'd fix a botched knee when I "book my appointment to have the s*** microneedled out of my face." Consult- I was left alone after being told to "put my big girl panties on" becos I had anxiety.. after having numbing cream left on my lips sitting in a room alone for 1 hour & then painful injections without being given any options! I ended up with 2 botched indentions where the needles were on my upper lips & my lips didn't look any different. The office manager ended up reaching out & told me we would have it fixed. She lied. Lol Thacker was throwing subtle criticism constantly & even did a SURGERY INBETWEEN FIXING THEM. Luckily this isn't the streets. The office manager told me if she didn't have before & after pictures then I probably should've went somewhere else. Now they are putting up pictures of clients. This place is ran so unethically. My lips LOOK exactly the same, it was close to $500 with no option of them keeping a syringe. The solution was so simple & they made this insanely complicated & unethical. Brandi should've been fired after she lied about sending my check for a military discount they owed me. She didn't even reply to my email about it. 2 1/2 months later.
