Fernando is a meticulous auto-body specialist who is courteous, helpful, and has a high ethical standard. When my car was side-swiped in a parking spot, he worked with me to find a convenient time for the repair, and coordinated with insurance, the rental car company, and me while I was traveling out of state, making the process easy and painless. He outsourced part of the detailing work, which resulted in a tiny dent on a panel, which I completely missed. I would have happily rolled off the lot but he made sure to flag it, and scheduled a quick return so he could make it perfect. I haven't had body work done but I have heard from other customers that have and they can't speak more highly of Ultimate Auto Body for the workmanship and quality of the repair job. They use top quality products for their paint as well as the clear coat which many auto body shops skimp on and doesn't last nearly as long. As far as hand car washes and auto detailing, they are the best in the land! Thoroughly impressed from the very first detail job and just as good quality with their inexpensive hand washes. You may have to wait a bit dependent on how busy they are but definitely worth it to ride around in a showroom finish car! This is by far the Best body shop I have ever done any business with in the many years of owning cars. The shop is clean, the shop manager Dan is warm, friendly considerate of your time and very professional. Their work is by far exceptional. The work is done on schedule and expertly done. Dan interfaces with the insurance company directly relieving you of that burden since he knows best how to negotiate with the insurance company on what is needed to repair your auto properly. Ultimate Autobody is the ONLY place to go. I found them completely accidentally, a deer had ran into the side of my pickup truck and I needed to get it fixed. I was driving down the road going to scout out some repair facilities, when I saw the diamond in the rough. This beautiful repair shop immediately caught my eye, I pulled inside and was greeted by Dan, he is probably one of the nicest and most respectful people you will ever meet in the trade. His body shop is like no other, extremely extremely well kept and maintained, you can tell they take serious pride in their work. Dan handled all of the insurance and legal matters for me on my doors, working with Dan is turn key. Within 1.5 weeks I had my truck back with the doors looking BETTER then OE! I was more than satisfied with the work than any body shop I have ever worked with. Dan at Ultimate is now my go to Autobody guy, and I've been back and forth about 10 times since having small dings and various other parts of my truck adjusted. Stopped by to check out Ultimate Auto Body's car wash service and did they do a great job. My car is only a month old but we've had all these snow storms and it really showed. Took two SUVs in for complete details and they did a great job on both. Because they're an auto body shop they do a much better job than most places on the exterior. Most of the little scratches were buffed out. Overall, considerably better than other local details I've had. Also very flexible with scheduling. read more

I wish there was a way to give them more than 5 Stars. What started as a terrible day after I was sideswiped ended in a good day after I took my car to Ultimate Auto Body. Dan is very professional and very knowledgeable, he gives you concierge type of service, from calling the insurance, dealing with the claim, updating on the progress , answering any questions that you have to delivering the car to you. There is a lot of Auto Body Shops out there but finding the right one is hard, trust me dont go anywhere else, Ultimate Auto Body should be the only Auto Body Shop you should go to. I made 2 appointments for auto detailing here on 2 separate days. when i show up to drop off my car they claim that the appointments were for the following week .. they never say that the person that scheduled it could have made the error they only claim that i made the error. It would be alot more professional if they sent email appointment confirmation to protect themselves and their clients. Right off the bat this left a sour taste in my mouth.
