I went on facebook and asked the harbor point group what people recommended for auto repair and the great reviews of scottys caught my eye. I called up scottys and they let me know they were booked for the next 2 days (it was the first) but they said to drop it off and that they would do their best to look at it beforehand. sure enough I got a call the next day with a breakdown of what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate which was HALF WHAT THE JEEP DEALER QUOTED US, plus it didnt include some of the nonsensical stuff they suggested to fix that scottys said did not need to be done. ultimately they were able to get everything done before we headed out for vacation. when I went to go pick it up, they had admitted there was a communication error and that it wasnt ready just yet and that it would be another hour or so. I mentioned that I had just took an uber and had a lot of other things to try to work on and to see if they could try to give me an accurate time estimate. the guy there (isaac i think) just handed me a set of keys and said heres a loaner ill call you! that alone made this a 6 star experience! talk about admitting to a mistake and making up for it with phenomenal service. anywho, i know where ill be getting my oil changed moving forward! thank you guys!

After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!

HIGHLY recommend Nick and Patel Mobile detailing if you are looking for someone thorough, honest, reliable and trustworthy to work on your car for a VERY reasonable price. To say that Nick goes above and beyond would be a massive understatement. I hired Patel Mobile Detailing because I found some mold in an older (2001) car that I leave in Greenwich (no longer live locally) and was having trouble finding anyone willing to help. Nick was willing to take the job and did thorough research on how to remediate mold. He spent several hours working on the car the first day and vowed to come back again the next to make sure all of the mold was gone. He also went out of his way to buy a special treatment that he researched online. He came back to keep working and apply the treatment the next day, again working for a few hours. He continued to follow up by text to see if any mold had come back. When I said I thought some had, he came back for a third day to work on the car, again for a couple hours. All he was concerned about was doing the job right (he removed the seats and everything). When the mold returned again and I told him we should give up since the car was so old (to be clear I don't think anyone could have fixed this), Nick felt so bad that he went out of his way to help me find someone willing to buy the car from me THAT DAY and part it out - a massive lifesaver for me as I live out of town and only come to Greenwich for a few days a month for work. This was after I offered to just GIVE him the car for the price of the detail. I literally cannot thank him enough - he was the silver lining in an absolutely awful experience. read more

I purchased a high end mustang that was black and it had so many swirl marks and paint imperfections. Nick came to my condo to look at the car and give me an estimate. His pri e was very reasonable. He spent 3 days working on the car. He did an amazing job. I took the car to 2 car shows and it won both times. I decided to sell the car later and it sold very quickly.
