Jeff said they would finish a…read morejob for me in a week, 3 weeks later I was trying to track him down to find our when he would even return to my property. I called him multiple times and he would not answer. I finally blocked my number and he answered on the first ring. He left a ladder in my office walkway for 2 weeks.. I will never have him do a bid on my properties again. I do not recommend doing any business with this company.

Horrible customer service! Avoid this place before they scam you too!! I called on 3/21/2022 and…read morescheduled an appointment for 4/1/2022 at 11am and I paid a $50.00 deposit. I called back on 3/31/22 (the afternoon before my scheduled appointment) to confirm they were still expecting me the following morning, however, the guy said I made the appointment for April 8th but this was not correct as I made the appointment to be the same day as a doctor appointment; clearly scheduled for 4/1/22. The employee insisted and argued that I made the mistake and he adamantly refused to refund my deposit and he did not...could not...agree that a miscommunication or misunderstanding COULD have even taken place. He placed ALL the blame on me even though I knew I did not make the appt for 4/8. He tried to tell me that my receipt even had the scheduled date on it but, in fact, the receipt I received only had the date the payment was made (March 21,2022). I stated numerous times that I wanted a refund but he became more angry and belligerent and firmly refused. He offered to reschedule my appointment but after realizing his anger I wouldn't have trusted him with a dirty sock let alone a $25,000 vehicle. Avoid this business and seek another alternative. After the experience I had I believe he's fully capable of using this tactic repeatedly to rip people off and manipulate them. It's clearly a scam and a simple way of stealing your deposit. My bank is working with me to collect a refund. Geesh!
