What started out as having the same couple cleaning our home, went to people we never even met in our home on a bi-weekly basis. I consistently had to reach out after services were performed because something was inevitably missed. The last straw was coming home after services were performed to find dust and debris on floors that should have been cleaned. Even more disappointing, the business owner (Brittney) was very dismissive about my feedback and her responses often came off rude and snarky. In my opinion, if you are paying a cleaning service to clean your home, it should look like your home was professionally cleaned. Otherwise, I can do a half-hearted job cleaning my home and save myself $300 per month. Don't get me wrong, we had some instances where we were happy with the service performed, but those were few and far between.
