It just seems scammy and low of the managing staff as long branch allows you to cancel via email. I no longer live in the country and cannot make it into the facility in person. Seems like a way to have people continually pay for a membership because canceling is too complex if you end up moving away. There's a good variety of machines, but one downside is that some of them stay broken for a while. The "Out of Order" signs aren't always noticed since a lot of people are on their phones and might not see them. It would help if the signs were also placed where people adjust the weights--that way, it's more obvious. Still, it's a clean, affordable gym with plenty of room to get in a good workout. Definitely worth checking out!

Owner Ryan, even though on vacation outside of the states, promptly replied and gave me pricing for an entire week of training. All coaches were excellent, provided instruction & helps as needed or requested. Floor layout and equipment all in excellent to good condition, even a place to work outside under a roof! Members were very friendly and actually made some friends I will be keeping in touch with. Next time I visit, I know this will be my Go To Crossfit gym!
