My daughter signed me up for an intro class. When I went online you really can't find much on…read morepricing but you can sign up for the "free" introductory Pilates class. Overall the reformer Pilates class was a good experience. The workout itself was fairly basic, and well-scripted. The instructor clearly guided us through each movement, which made it accessible and easy to follow and asked in the beginning of the class if anyone had injuries or limitations where movements would need to be modified. The studio felt comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with just the right amount of space between people and equipment. It felt clean, calm, and exactly what you'd want from a Pilates studio. At the end of the intro class, they went over membership options, which was expected. The universal membership is close to $300/month, but unfortunately the studio closest to me in Howell doesn't participate, so it doesn't make sense for me personally. That said, the instruction and studio experience was good, and It's absolutely something on my bucket list but unfortunately I didn't get past this initial class so I can't explain much on what happens in the actual class, ease of booking, considering other reviews., etc. Good luck!

Hence why you can only attend certain classes and there aren't many. You have to know what you're doing well ahead of time. Like 1-2 weeks out!! After calling the owner out for selling me a scam, she has become aggressive and has attacked me to the point I now have to sue her. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this one needs to be done. I am also suspicious as to how authentic her google reviews are. So many of them are written on the same day and the math doesn't add up. Only a few classes a day and 12 per class? Something tells me these reviews aren't authentic given the enormous influx in such a short time. Everything I've read in the negative reviews is accurate and happened to me in some way or another. This is the same pattern in reviews at every location she owns. This owner is a total fraud and will scam you out of your money. There are much better Pilates studios elsewhere. I'm glad I'm not the only one who had this experience, but it's unfortunate people like this take advantage of good people and their hard earned money. I guess you need the good reviews to cover up all the bad ones. ‍

Not to mention it had cost an arm and a leg plus it involved a long hard to get out contract. It took me over four years to get the courage to get another. I found Power 1 Fitness and am so glad I did. There is no long term contract. They have plenty of sessions to chose from to suit your needs. I am here to lose weight and to strengthen and tone. I like the one on one sessions and the fact o dont have to feel uncomfortable or self conscience. 30 minutes is just long enough to feel the difference in your body. Jason pushes just enough to show you that you can go just beyond your limits I highly recommend this place!

It just seems scammy and low of the managing staff as long branch allows you to cancel via email. I no longer live in the country and cannot make it into the facility in person. Seems like a way to have people continually pay for a membership because canceling is too complex if you end up moving away. This fact alone will stop me from ever returning or recommending this retro location.
