I was getting these lashes done for my birthday, and let her know that I wanted lots of volume. The lashes I walked out with might as well have been classics. They were sparse and only had real volume on the ends. I got them done on Monday, today is Thursday, and most of the lashes on my left eye had fallen out. I went to go get a fill at a reputable lash boutique, and they were commenting on the poor quality of lash application and had to take out most of them and redo them. These were by far not worth $200 especially considering I had to pay extra to get them redone.

Kim is so patient with me every single time and always puts the health of my nails first. She's a total perfectionist (in the best way), and it shows in every set she does.
