I love this salon. Its hard to find hairdressers that can cut your hair to in a precision cut, styling that looks great on you the individual. My hairdresser is Sandy. She can cut my short hair in a very stylish cut. She takes her time and treats me with such high regard. They have a large salon- I feel relaxed and very spoiled coming here. Their prices are reasonable, and they also have a nice selection of quality hair products. I feel very fortunate to have found this lovely salon. Everyone is welcoming and professional. Simply horrible!!! I usually only give reviews if they are good but I would feel remise if I didn't write this review. If you want to be hung up on the phone, called rude in person and treated very disrespectfully, then this is the place for you. If you want to feel rushed, then this is your place. If you feel like your haircut was not good, ask to have them fix it and are refused, then this is your place. After the bad phone experience, I drove to the salon to talk with the owner to clarify. I was told she wasn't there, was told to leave or they would call the police. This not how to treat customers, there are many excellent salons...this one should be avoided at all costs! read more

if I could give the stylist Diana Kodra a zero review, I would. I came in to just get a DemI Permanent removed that seemed to not want to rinse out. I have very long hair past my bra. dark ash brown with grey coming in around my face. Diana was adamant she could lift the color. she also talked me into blond highlights to help with grey grown outs, I was good with that as long as they where very small strand around my face. What happened is she left the "peroxide free" lift on Demi permanent and it turned orange. then she went in and put all these huge blond streaks all over my head, that got over processed. Her solution was to correct with a toner. I went in to get it corrected, she did color all over, and after I reiterated I did not want all those blond streaks, she still left them out of trying to fix the color. her comment was she wanted to "add depth" huh?!?!? at the end of this process my hair was red. as I got out of the chair, her comment to me was "there is nothing more I can do for you" she took my beautiful virgin hair and absolutely destroyed it. I am now left was snarly, dried out, over processed hair. I have lost a huge amount of hair, my top layer is a mass of breakage. I cannot even get a comb through it. oh, and all the time bragging about how she has done hair for 13 years, most of it in NYC. one last comment, a lady came in while I was there and needed a redo for the really bad hair dye that Diana did, it was bad. Second time going called ahead for pricing, the woman at the front was unhelpful when I asked about the difference in price and acted like I was weird for wanting a explanation for the change in price. I had to ask 3 times. I was told 70 they asked for 100, why. She then told me it was based on what I paid in the past which was full color and cut for 170 including tip. I finally said I would pay but not be back and her response was "whatever". Maybe you need to have professional people at front desk, not people getting their hair done and having personal conversations on the phone. read more

I have been using this salon since November 2015. Jamie has done my acrylic manicure and mini pedicure since day one. I LOVE this girl! She is so down to earth and funny. She is great at her job and is very professional. She makes you feel welcome the second you walk through that door. Jeanette has been doing my color. She is the best. I told her what I wanted and she did it. I never felt nervous about her doing my hair. She is knowledgeable, professional, experienced and has a great personality. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. My grandmother enjoys facials here on occasion so she encouraged me to try it out. I was in need of a quality coloring job so I made an appointment with an "experienced colorist." Well, the entire experience was a nightmare which resulted in severe damage of my hair and a thorough emptying of my wallet. The stylist was supposed to paint on some lowlights (a technique called balayage) to blend my dirty blonde roots with the rest of my bleach blonde hair. She ended up painting my roots and random sections of hair a medium, warm-toned brunette. I have no idea why my roots were touched but after she was done, she said "This didn't turn out right." I am now 2.5 hours into appointment so she tries again for a total of 5 hours only to say "This didn't turn out right again." (All the spots she haphazardly painted onto my hair bled onto the light blonde hair I originally had, resulting in a horrible warm-toned brunette color.) I just wanted some low-lights to blend my roots with my blonde hair! I walked out of the salon crying. The stylist knew she messed up and said I could come back so she she could add a few highlights to the shaft of my hair. However, the damage was done and I knew she could not fix the disaster that she created. I ended up going back to my old salon and it took 4 hours and 200 dollars later to remove most of the brown dye from my hair, tone it, put in highlights to cover up the orange undertones, and provide a conditioning treatment to my war-beaten hair. The only positive thing I say is that the young stylist seemed to be a nice person who tried her best but that doesn't cut it when you need a knowledgeable and experienced stylist to professionally color your hair. read more

I Went in on Wednesday June 7th for a pedicure. The person that I got was Maggie I think? I'm Not sure but I was very disappointed with the service. My polish has cracked already and it hasn't even been a week. She didn't massage my feet which was listed in the appointment, she just kind of rubbed the lotion in. It just seemed very rushed and almost like she didn't want to be there at all. I would not waste another $45 here again. For a high quality spa I expected high quality service, and I did not receive it. read more

I went and had my nails done by jamie because she used to work at another place I used to go to. I left her station to go to the ladies room, when I got back I noticed that my purse had been moved. When I got home I discovered that everything had been rearranged, like someone had been searching through it. I discovered later that 20$ was missing. I was then told that jamie had done the same thing fairly frequently at her old place with lisa. I couldn't believe that she would steal from the very people she makes her living from! looks like she is up to her old tricks again! they should fire jamie, apparently she is the reason her friend lisa went out of business too. read more
