We had a well emergency, needed 300…read moreft of 1" black flex pipe, their site said they had it in stock, we drove there and when we asked the guy at the register, he said he didn't know what it was and then said they didn't have it (if you don't know what it is, don't tell me you don't have it). We then drove around the back side to see if it was there, we saw multiple rolls inside the fenced in area and saw employees out back talking around a lift, so we rolled down the window and asked about and once again were told (by Dustin) that they didn't have any... well we just saw it Dustin, so you just lied to our faces. We left angry and went to Home Depot to get pex (3 times the price and had to get 3 x 100' with couples in it). My wife was upset how we were treated and how the employees were so willing to claim inventory levels were wrong so she ordered the online listing and then called them saying we were on our way to pick it up, so they had to remove it from the site. The lady on the phone was really helpful... only reason you get 2 *'s, vs 1*... Pls teach employees to 1) do inventory properly and 2) don't lie to customers faces because you don't think you have to help them...

Not a fan of having to clean out the dryers and lent traps of dog hair, dryer sheets from the other campers. Our last month was paid in full, as said in check they cashed. But we were asked to leave four days early because they had already booked our spot. No refund was offered. Most if not all, of the neighbors are not happy with an unexpected trailer park popping up in their neighborhood. Many of them are still kind and friendly, except the house with all the junk in the yard; they refused to let a group of kids retrieve a lost toy. My biggest complaints would have to be that the owners Teresa and Bobby are abusing and neglecting four of their dogs. They don't have proper food, water and shelter. The dogs are covered with mud and fecal matter, and some have open wounds, huge growths and one looks like it has a broken leg. Another BIG complaint is they hired a known convict charged with Aggravated Sexually Battery and Pedophilia. There are several women and children that live, play on this property. Take that extra money you took from us and use it to find some morals, compassion and Jesus.
