This is a brand new Petco that probably has been here less than a year . They have pet training here as it is located in the middle of the store. There are walls built around this area for securing a space for this. I also saw a pet grooming area to the right as you walk in. It is behind some plate glass windows. You can get a loyalty card here which you can save money on shopping here. It's good at all Petcos and is free. So be sure to get a loyalty card. Of course you can adopt a pet here. I have seen some pretty dogs and cats to be rescued at Petcos. You can see dogs and cats usually on the weekends here that are brought in by animal shelters.

I go in about 3 times a week. Well when I first got my husky I knew I wanted to get her groomed at petco. Well for the last 9 months I have consistently got her groomed there. The people were always nice and loving and knew my dog by name. They told me that there is no need to make appointments during the week and walking in is fine. I have ALWAYS AND I REPEAT ALWAYS PAID 25 dollars to have her groomed! I have even told people to go to petco and get their pets groomed. Well I walk into day and this Snot nose girl which I've never seen told me it was going to be $48 For the grooming. ALMOST DOUBLE!!!!!!! I told the lady nicely I have never paid that much and she wanted to argue with me saying it must have been a special... a special for 9 months in a row and then you double the price on me. boorish!!! I then went out to speak with someone on the floor and they went and checked and said I had to wait for a different person and I would have to make an appointment. So now because they gave me false information I have loaded my dog In the car drove her all the way down here where I was going to drop her off and go to work. Well now I can't because they basically held me hostage.... pay double ... or drive all the way back home and be late for work... This company went from being my favorite place... to the worst... I will boycott your gauging company and I surely hope you have a conversation with the. Black haired goth girl that wanted to talk to me like I was a moron. Listen carefully. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN YOUR STORE AND I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO MAKE OTHERS DO THE SAME ! We picked out numerous treats, signed up for their loyalty program, and checked out. After paying we asked about a sign where it says buy 6 or more and get a discount. She basically says - oh you have to ask for that first - too bad. She offered no remedy. While it was cute, that left a very bad first impression and with other dog bakeries around town, I cannot say I will be going back. We walked in and first noticed no foul odors and then were quickly greeted by a friendly staff member. We came in looking for harnesses. Their merchandise is well stocked with organized, clean, and cute displays. They have a good selection of harnesses, leads, collars, and flotation vests for dogs. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a good clearance section too. While walking around the store, we stopped by the small animals for sale. Happily, they all looked healthy. We appreciate how clean and tidy this store was kept as well as how friendly and helpful the staff were. We'll definitely return to this Petco for any future needs for our dog if we can't find it first from a mom and pop store and need the selection. Highly recommend.

It's seems to be mainly the way the registers are set up and the type of cashiers they have. It's l clothing retailers except more registers so it's difficult to see when one opens. I'm too off that the cashiers are mostly little old ladies that love to chat, gossip and take their time bagging merch. I would shop there so much if I didn't have to face the old biddie gauntlet of hell!
