Great looking website! Josh was a no show for our appointment. When he finally responded (after my numerous texts) he said he'd been sick for a week and was still sick... and it was too cold. Since we were leaving on a road trip the next day and the car was already emptied out so it could be cleaned...us 70-something senior citizens did it ourselves...and 51° was NOT too cold! He let us down... with no communication!! Also doesn't seem to have a lot of availability or he could have done it the previous week! read more
