Friedrich's gave it a paint job and said it was good to go. I talked with them after I received it and told them it was a rust bucket. They should have never sold this trailer, it should have been scrapped. The owner sent me a check for $4500.00, it only covered a 1/4 of what needed to be repaired on it. I'm writing this review for anyone looking from another state to buy anything from these guys. In all my years I never thought anyone ethical could sell this trailer to anyone in such unusable and poor condition. The owner of this business is a prick. Buyer beware!! Roman never answers the phone, returns calls, or keeps the customer informed of what the status is of their vehicle. I finally picked up my truck, after a month, and he was still "diagnosing" a computer issue (one it didnt have when I brought it in)....they removed a ground wire between the transmission and frame...which magically made it shift right when I replaced it. Well, the 3 month warranty expired in November, here it is December 1st and the thing is destroyed, case shattered on it due to the wrong, overtightened fastners and brackets that hold it all square not being hooked up. To top it all off, when I removed the inspection cover what do I find? Low and behold, the WRONG torque converter, the truck is a diesel, and has a 6 bolt torque converter, the one that was used was a 3 bolt designed for a gas engine. Im sure there is more internally that was not assembled correctly, but Im too disgusted to even look any further right now. The best part is, when it came apart going 70mph, 500 miles from home, it destroyed the transfercase and driveshaft (which came apart and wrapped around the fuel lines, brake lines, parking brake cables, etc...) and cost another $900 for a wrecker ride home. I have tried to get in touch with Roman to see how he is going to handle this situation because I dont feel it is right for me to have to pay another $2500.00 for a transmission...go figure, he wont answer or return calls... Do what you can to avoid this place, OEM transmissioms are similar in price and have an actual warranty...

The service drivers are very excellent and the advisor named Sharmeta was very kindly to proceed, helping me get through the rest of my service while picking up my car they will get over on you. They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me. He made me wait for two hours without telling me that I can go to another advisor in the most rudest disrespectful way, he was also not making sense at all and clearly does not know how to take notes very good and he does not know how to listen he thought he knew what he was talking about, but did not. He tried speaking on my behalf when he's clearly not a technician. They don't sell you things you don't need. They don't do everything - I don't believe they do tire work for example - but they're able to do most engine/mechanical work. I was quoted 175.00 originally but decided to have head assembly restored and replace with LED instead of halogen with myself supplying LED's.So with add on's off work the bill quickly jump to 500.00 when they call me to pick the car up! When inspection of work I notice the bumper had scratches that weren't there before. Well they didn't believe me they said they were. By the end of the day with them treating me like crap and insulting me and acting childish saying everything back that I said and making fun of me and it was enough with there f words and all. They gave me a loner to use why my car was there and blame me for the existing damage on loner! They want me to pay for existing damages! Well there was no paper work with walk around before I took it and no signature on anything so good luck there ! I won't recommend these clowns to anybody! I wish I hadn't taken it there! Today was a bad day seeing a business owner act as terrible as he was! Take your vehicle to a quality shop! Not sure how some places stay in business!
