Ultimate Party Rentals was the most professional, timely, and friendly business! We originally booked a moonbounce from a different company and they cancelled on us 20 hours before our party. We called ultimate party rentals and they were able to secure a bounce house for us with short notice which also was only a few dollars more for the largest one I've ever seen! If I could give 10 Stars, I honestly would!!!!! For my daughters 8th birthday, we wanted to make it special so my fiancé got in touch with a company (not this one) to get a big water slide and a cotton candy machine delivered yesterday. They were supposed to come at 12pm. They did not show up! We called and texted, even went to the business that was closed. The owner turned his phone off so calls all went straight to voicemail! My fiancé and I were literally panicked because we just wanted our daughter to have an amazing birthday since this was her first birthday that her grandfather would not be at since he just passed away. So we wanted to make the day extra special for her. Harlow (our daughter) had guests showing up at 1pm. One of our guests (a family member) knows Brian and reached out to him to find out if he had anything at all left that we could get extremely last minute. Not only did they come through for us, but they were at our house within 1 hour setting everything up! We live in Southampton which is about 30 mins away from Levittown where they are based so they definitely did not waste any time at all getting up to us! They did not charge anything extra because of it being so last minute. In fact, they seemed happy to help. Yesterday, Brian and his guys literally saved my little girls birthday party! I could not say enough good stuff about this company! He also told us if he knew we wanted the cotton candy machine, he would of brought that to! We just didn't mention it because we were so focused on the slide. My daughter had in her words "the most amazing birthday party ever" yesterday and it was all thanks to Ultimate Party Rentals. I know my daughter will never forget the day she had yesterday. She spent ALL day on the slide playing with her friends. I had to pry her off of it just to do cake and presents!
