I would not consider hiring a thief. if you cannot fix the hot tub, at least have the courtesy to tel your paying customer instead of being a you know what and no longer respond to calls. $3000.00 of hard earned money gone. thanks for nothing.

Stay away from this company if you want to do some professional work at your pool…read more Hired this guy to do a pool depth reduction and install new liner at my house. During the work there were some unconventional situations, but we moved along as we were promised our pool and work would be properly finished by the promised date. The pool floor was meant to be fully smooth, ready for the new liner. These guys seemed to have never used any sort of professional equipment or materials used for concrete work, and the concrete job was really manual and didn't look smooth. After installing the liner, the job seemed finished and they did it by the promised date, but there were a few things pending to be done. Before we made our last payment, we discussed them and Dan promised he would finish them within one or two weeks. He never showed up again. Within a few days after our last payment, we realized the pool floor had several pointy spots on the new liner, like having small stones underneath, which could be bad for the liner. When we asked them to please take a look at it, he ghosted us until now. He seemed to be very kind before we made the final payment. The pool job is not right, as the liner is in high risk having these several pointy spots underneath. They left concrete patches on my driveway They left spots and stains with concrete on the pool walls, which they never removed or cleaned. They damaged the grass on mi front yard, despite the fact that we told them not to put the gravel on top of the grass. They damaged our patio stone work, and promised they would come to fix it within one or two weeks. Never happened and it's more than a month already. Debris and other pieces of equipment were left at the house for additional days. They even left the debris from the old diving board which we discussed when we got a quote. Dan claimed he never included that in the price. So he left the debris there. He charged more than additional $1000 in fees beyond our original quote for things that were "not included" and credit card payment fees, which were never mentioned. We accepted as we had a tight timeline, but always trusted he would finish the job in the right manner. He didn't. BEWARE: They also operate as Hugo Pools and Hardscapes.

Beware. In September we hired them to do minor construction on our pool and install a new pool…read moreliner. I signed a contract and I paid upfront to get a small discount on the job. They started the work and then disappeared. This company left with $10K of our families hard earned money, damage to our back yard and pool, and we were devastated. Repairs to the damage done to our backyard and pool and re ordering the liner cost us another $16K on top of the $10K we lost. (Shout out to Creative Organics and BT Pools for helping us fix this!) Are we at fault for not doing more research? Of course. Are we at fault for taking a discount on the project cost to pay this company upfront? Of course. We have learned a hard lesson. We have gone through lawyers, we have a small claims case, but the old saying "cant get blood from a stone" applies here. I just want to warn the community of this company and suggest to everyone to do their research thoroughly before hiring anyone. I have a special place in my heart for our community and naively I think everyone in our community is a good person. Most of us are, but not all.
