I signed up for an unlimited monthly subscription for their most expensive, top wash, all the bells and whistle's. It seems to be a good job washing our car, a 2018 RAV4. With 3 locations here in Morristown getting a wash is quite convenient... if they are open or not having mechanical issues. Recently one caught fire and is out of commission for three weeks. The west end location had compressor issues and was closed. Hopefully they can get things straightened out sooner rather than later. One thing that bugs me is, how do I KNOW I'm getting exactly what I'm paying for, a wash with all the bells and whistles??? I suppose I am to believe the blinking lights when I pull in but the last couple of times they don't seem to be lighting up as I would expect. I guess I'll will have to start asking more questions. I will be watching closely and asking more questions if I am going to continue with this company for a longer duration. Over all I would rate them a 7.5 out of 10 so far. read more

Used to think they was best car wash! Unfortunately the workers barely prep your vehicle anymore, you either gotta get out wipe it down or run it back through... On top of that half time you can't use vacuum because nonmembers pull in and stay for hour... You'd think for 40 bucks a month's they could get your vehicle clean and be able to use the vacuums .... I have called the west end location in Morristown four times and it takes me to corporate office where I have left 4 messages for the manager to call me back. The wash wasn't working one evening on the right side. I am not going to be using this expensive car wash anymore knowing they don't care about the customers using it and want to handle issues when the wash clearly isn't cleaning the car. I also believe the corporate office could do more since the phone calls goes directly to them and the manager and the location in question is not responding. I guess this is the way they treat their customers! I will not supporting the ultimate car wash company anymore and will be telling all I know about how they don't want to handle their business. Do not go here i have a 2017 black Mercedes went through the automatic car wash Saturday car was placed in our garage an not driven wish i would have taken the time to inspect the quality of their services went to drive the car today only to find Scratches from one bumper to the other on the driver's side went over to the car wash after repeatedly calling corporate office to no Avail no answer .The guy i spoke to claim to be the manager said there was no way that it could have been caused and basically more or less told me to kick rocks and was laughing an smiley to his fellow co-workers about the situation. which I know at the end of the car wash there is a cloth wheel that comes down and touches your car which is where the damage occurred wouldnt cover or even help. I am possibly looking to contact legal counsel Will scratch car leaves swirl marks on car. I have the monthly plan of the Managers Special wash for three vehicles. The hours are very good and I can either zip through and get the exterior done, or I can pull forward after the wash to the unlimited vac/dry/polish area to do a more intensive cleaning if I choose. To get pollen or ice melt off my car, I will sometimes drive through daily for a few weeks in those seasons. I love that I can keep the exterior looking good so easily! The staff is so nice and accommodating. One of my cars is lower to the ground than the other two and they pre-brush the areas that the car wash doesn't do as well with on that car before I go through. When I forget to pull a magnet off, they bring it to me before I go through. Really awesome young people at this location! If you choose to stop at the detail station before leaving, you'll find a set of automated mat cleaners which make mine look brand new after going through, as well as a supply of fresh microfiber towels to dry and polish your car. There is glass cleaner available as well. There is an overhang roof on both sides, so you are not standing in the sun trying to get a streak free finish, which I appreciate. I don't understand, how ultimate shine can be open a new place on Morris Blvd, when half of the equipment on andrew Johnson hwy, doesn't work properly or is missing. You want top dollar for a car wash, so doesn't the customers deserve everything working ? I'm canceling my membership, and will take it to cressent center, or wait until the new places open up. It's not the nanager fault at that locatio, but the place is so old, they can't get replacement parts, than you should lower the pricing until everything is fixed, and running like the new one is read more

I buy a monthly subscription for 14.95 + Tax and I can go in and have my super tall F250 4 Wheel Drive truck washed as often as I like. I really enjoy the convenience and they don't do too bad a job either. I highly recommend this business. read more

My husband bought the monthly pass for car wash. We washed his truck a few times, and each time the quality of wash decreased. The last wash left the truck covered in spots. We have tried multiple times to cancel the monthly subscription, and are told each time we have to speak to a manager. No one has called us back. Do NOT do the monthly wash pass, unless you want to have to jump thru hoops to get the subscription canceled, and want subpar car washes. Will hand wash our vehicles from now on. read more

Overall good car wash but too hard on the paint on older vehicles... paint has been chipped on my truck bed and my car has a pattern of scratches on the top of the trunk. May be easier on newer vehicles but it's a bit rough on older ones. read more

I have been using this car wash since the beginning of its opening and I am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the car wash. It never gets the wheels clean nor the front and back bumper. I drive a new vehicle and I try to keep it clean so it should not be an issue of how dirty the vehicle is to begin with also their blow dryers do not even come close to getting all the water off. And don't fall for the managers specials there is no difference in price if you look at the real prices they just make you think your getting a better deal. That's lying in my opinion!! They do however supply you with towels to dry your vehicle off so take advantage of them your gonna need them. If your vehicle gets damaged in the car wash your just out of luck if you think they will fix the damage. read more
